    Abstract: The present application provides an array substrate and a fabrication method thereof, and a display device. By etching a second insulating layer using a patterned black negative-type photoresist layer as an etching barrier layer, a second conductive member for transmitting electrical signals and having a same layer as source/drain electrodes is exposed. The second conductive member replaces an indium tin oxide in conventional technology to electrically connect a driving chip, thereby reducing processes of forming indium tin oxide and use of a photomask, simplifying production process, saving production costs, and improving production efficiency.

The fingerprint readout circuit has both current and voltage amplification functions. Therefore, a voltage difference is amplified, facilitating reading out fingerprint signals accurately and enhancing fingerprint readout precision and accuracy.

Aligned assembling is performed on a first assembly and a second assembly using a vacuum pairing device. The vacuum pairing device may be reused in other preparation processes of the display panel.     Abstract: A printing plate, a printing apparatus, and a printing method of a substrate are disclosed. The printing plate includes a flat plate, a raised part is disposed on one side surface of the flat plate, and the raised part is defined with a plurality of printing holes penetrating through the raised part and the flat plate. By disposing the raised part on the side surface of the flat plate, the present disclosure can effectively prevent a large-area contact between the printing plate and a chip-mounting substrate and can reduce a probability of the printing plate scratching solder paste on the chip-mounting substrate. Therefore, short circuits of the chip-mounting substrate can be prevented, and yields of a printing process can be improved.
