The CPF includes at least one inlet channel, extending in a longitudinal direction, having a first end into which fluid flows and a blocked second end; at least one outlet channel, extending in the longitudinal direction, having a blocked first end and a second end through which the fluid flows out; at least one porous wall defining a boundary between neighboring inlet and outlet channels and that extends in the longitudinal direction; and a support coated with the catalyst and located within at least one among the at least one inlet channel and the at least one outlet channel.

In the first interval the device applies a turn-on voltage to string selection lines and ground selection lines connected to the string selection transistors and the ground selection transistors, respectively. In the second interval, the device applies a turn-off voltage to unselected string selection lines and unselected ground selection lines while continuing to apply the turn-on voltage to a selected string selection line and a selected ground selection line. In both the first and second intervals, the device applies a first read voltage to a selected wordline connected to memory cells to be read by the read operation and applying a second read voltage to unselected wordlines among connected to memory cells not to be read by the read operation.

However, conventional gap-filling methods using flowable films typically contain dielectric materials that have undesirable physical and electrical properties. In particular, film density is not uniform, film dielectric constant varies across the film thickness, film stability is not ideal, film refractive index is inconsistent, and resistance to dilute hydrofluoric acid (DHF) is not ideal in conventional flowable films.
