The basket body includes a seal at an upper first end and a retention member at a lower second end. The basket body is sized to be received in an associated drain, the seal for directly sealingly engaging an outer surface of the associated drain, and the retention member for directly engaging an inner surface of the associated drain. The wiper includes a wiper body having second water openings. The wiper body is removably mounted within the basket body for entrapping debris within water and removing the debris from within the basket body.
