  • Publication number: 20210355240
Abstract: A protein transduction domain and a fusion compound, which are more efficient, are proposed. As a result of selecting and testing a number of candidate peptides, the present inventors found that a GK1 peptide comprising 18 amino acids and a modified sequence obtained by replacing, adding, or deleting some sequences are bonded to high-molecular-weight materials such as proteins based on the basic sequence of the peptide, thus enabling the high-molecular-weight materials to smoothly penetrate into living bodies, for example, cells, tissues, or blood. A fusion compound, oligonucleotide, or vector using the same may be applied as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diseases.

  • Patent number: 11071085
Abstract: Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for forming an event picture in a mobile communication terminal. If an event such as call reception, alarm or message reception occurs while a service picture is displayed on a screen of the terminal, the current service picture is backed up, a command input through the buttons provided to the terminal is interrupted and the event picture is overlapped over the current service picture, thereby allowing a user to perceive the corresponding event. Accordingly, the terminal user can correctly perceive the event occurred during the service. In addition, when the event occurs, the command input through the buttons is interrupted, so that it is possible to prevent an unintended event processing or erroneous operation due to an erroneous button manipulation.

  • Publication number: 20210208594
Abstract: An image of a space in which a mobile robot travels may be captured, and, in the case in which personal information is included in the captured image, the image including the personal information may be covered with a specific color such that the personal information is not visible, and the image may be replaced with an image including no personal information. As a result, it is possible to prevent the personal information from being exposed. In order to determine whether personal information is included in an image and to replace the image including the personal information with an image including no personal information, an object detection neural network and a frame prediction neural network may be used. In addition, input and output of an image may be performed in an Internet of Things (IoT) environment using a 5G network.

  • Patent number: 11024364
Abstract: There are provided a sense amplifier for sensing a multilevel cell and a memory device including the same. The sense amplifier is configured to sense the most significant bit (MSB) and the least significant bit (LSB) of 2-bit data a cell voltage stored in a memory cell as the most significant bit (MSB) and the least significant bit (LSB) of 2-bit data. The sense amplifier senses the MSB of the 2-bit data in a state in which a bit line is electrically disconnected from a holding bit line of the sense amplifier and senses the LSB of the 2-bit data in a state in which the cell bit line is electrically connected to the holding bit line. The sense amplifier is configured to equalize a pair of bit lines of the sense amplifier before sensing the MSB and the LSB of the 2-bit data. The sense amplifier is configured to restore to the memory cell the cell voltage corresponding to the sensed MSB and LSB of the 2-bit data.

  • Patent number: 11015491
Abstract: A lock pin for a VCT device that has a locked position, locking a housing assembly relative to a rotor assembly of the variable cam timing device, and an unlocked position. The lock pin has a body comprising a first diameter with a first area, a second diameter with a second area, and a chamber formed between the first area of the first diameter and the second area of the second diameter for receiving fluid, the first area being greater than the second area. When fluid is applied to the chamber through the variable cam timing phaser, a difference between first area and the second area defining the chamber creates a force imbalance, such that the oil pressure applied to the chamber of the body assists in maintaining the Sock pin in the locked position.
