  • Publication number: 20130038369
Abstract: A delay cell includes a first inverted transistor pair, a second inverted transistor pair and a plurality of delay units. The first inverted transistor pair is used to receive an input signal. The second inverted transistor pair is electrically cross-coupled to the first inverted transistor pair and cross-controlled by the first inverted transistor pair. The delay units are cascaded between the first inverted transistor pair and between the second inverted transistor pair, thereby providing a plurality of signal propagation delays sequentially, wherein the input signal is delayed for a pre-determined time by the first inverted transistor pair, the second inverted transistor pair and the delay units which are operated sequentially, thereby creating an output signal corresponding to the pre-determined time. A digitally controlled oscillator including the aforementioned delay cells is provided.

  • Publication number: 20130022642
Abstract: The present invention relates to TNFR2-IL21R fusion protein acting as a double-antagonist to TNF-alpha (?) and IL-21. The composition containing the double antagonist to TNF-? and Il-21 (TNFR2-IL21R fusion protein), known as major causes of autoimmune rheumatoid arthritis, one of autoimmune diseases, can reduce the secretion of inflammatory cytokine, increase the secretion of anti-inflammatory cytokine, and suppress the differentiation of osteoclasts better than single proteins such as TNFR2-Fc and IL21R-Fc. The TNFR2-IL21R fusion protein of the present invention has not only excellent treatment effect on arthritis in CIA mouse model not also excellent treatment effect on autoimmune rheumatoid arthritis by increasing the expression of Treg, the immune suppressive cells. Therefore, the TNFR2-IL21R fusion protein of the present invention can be effectively used as an active ingredient for the composition for the prevention and treatment of autoimmune disease.

  • Publication number: 20130017226
Abstract: The present invention relates to TNFR2-TWEAKR fusion protein, more precisely to TNFR2-TWEAKR fusion protein acting as a double-antagonist to TNF-? and TWEAK, known as major causes of autoimmune arthritis which is one of autoimmune diseases. When the composition comprising TNFR2-TWEAKR fusion protein was treated to Th17 cells, the secretion of the inflammatory cytokine IL-17 was reduced but the secretion of the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 generated in Treg cells was increased. Such effect of TNFR2-TWEAKR fusion protein was far greater than that of a single protein such as TNFR2-Fc or TWEAK-Fc. The TNFR2-TWEAKR fusion protein of the present invention has not only excellent treatment effect on arthritis in CIA mouse model not also excellent treatment effect on autoimmune rheumatoid arthritis by increasing the expression of Treg, the immune suppressive cells.

  • Publication number: 20120243931
Abstract: A longitudinally adjustable assembly for a bicycle seat has a seat tube, a seat post and an auxiliary hoop device. The seat tube has an inner surface and multiple longitudinal grooves formed in the inner surface of the seat tube. The seat post is slidably inserted into the seat tube and has an outer surface and multiple protrusions. The protrusions are formed on and protrude out from the outer surface of the seat post. The protrusions are respectively slidably mounted in the longitudinal grooves to allow the seat post to longitudinally move along the seat tube. The auxiliary hoop device is mounted securely with the seat tube and around the seat post. Because the protrusions are slidably mounted in the longitudinal grooves and the auxiliary hoop device provides a pressing force for the seat post, a relative rotation between the seat post and the seat tube can be avoided.
