    Abstract: Provided are an apparatus and a method for measuring a three dimensional shape with improved accuracy. The apparatus includes a stage, at least one lighting unit, a plurality of image pickup units and a control unit. The stage supports an object to be measured. The lighting unit includes a light source and a grid, and radiates grid-patterned light to the object to be measured. The image pickup units capture, in different directions, grid images reflected from the object to be measured. The control unit calculates a three dimensional shape of the object from the grid images captured by the image pickup units. The present invention has advantages in capturing grid images through a main image pickup portion and sub-image pickup portions, enabling the measurement of the three dimensional shape of the object in a rapid and accurate manner.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to methods for gap fill deposition and film densification on microelectronic devices. The method includes forming an oxide layer containing silicon oxide and having an initial wet etch rate (WER) over features disposed on the substrate, and exposing the oxide layer to a first plasma treatment to produce a treated oxide layer. The first plasma treatment includes generating a first plasma and directing the first plasma to the oxide layer. The method also includes exposing the treated oxide layer to a second plasma treatment to produce a densified oxide layer. The second plasma treatment includes generating a second plasma and directing the second plasma to the treated oxide layer. The densified oxide layer has a final WER of less than one-half of the initial WER.

The electrochemical catalyst composite according to an embodiment of the disclosure is a hybrid material having a heterojunction structure between metal phosphide with controlled crystal strain and the MXene, in which metal phosphide produced by a synergy effect between the two materials prevents an overlapping phenomenon caused by the van der Waals force of the two-dimensional MXene material and increases a surface area, thereby having an effect on increasing reaction active points. Further, metal phosphide material with the controlled strain causes an electron structure of an element in the MXene support to be rearranged, thereby inducing change in an electrical structure.
