Patent number: 7099645Abstract: A multilayer LC filter includes a terminal layer, and a plurality of capacitor electrode layers laminated together on the terminal layer. An inductor layer is disposed above the capacitor electrode layers to thereby form a laminated body. First and second strip-shaped side-surface electrodes are formed on opposite side surfaces of the laminated body, and are connected to input and output terminals of the terminal layer, respectively. The distal ends of the first and second strip-shaped side-surface electrodes extend to the corresponding side surfaces of the capacitor electrode layers, but do not reach the side surfaces of the inductor layer. Thus, the distances between the resonator inductors of the inductor layer and the strip-shaped side-surface electrodes are increased, and as a result, very little stray capacitance is generated between the resonator inductors and the side-surface electrodes.Type: GrantFiled: December 23, 2002Date of Patent: August 29, 2006Assignee: NGK Spark Plug Co., Ltd.Inventors: Tadashi Shingaki, Junichi Ichikawa

Publication number: 20050079085Abstract: Disclosed is a manufacturing method of sinter forged aluminum-based parts with high strength. In the manufacturing method, prepared is a raw material powder comprising, by mass: 3.0 to 10% zinc; 0.5 to 5.0% magnesium; 0.5 to 5.0% copper; inevitable amount of impurities; and the balance aluminum. The raw material powder is formed into a compact by pressing the raw material powder, sintered in a non-oxidizing atmosphere in such a manner as to heat the compact at a sintering temperature of 590 to 610 degrees C. for 10 minutes or more, before cooling the sintered compact. It is then forged by pressing the sintered compact in a pressing direction to compress the sintered compact in the pressing direction and produce plastic flow of material in a direction crossing to the pressing direction.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 1, 2004Publication date: April 14, 2005Inventors: Junichi Ichikawa, Kenzo Morita

Patent number: 6833939Abstract: A laser array and a reflection surface of a rotary polygonal mirror are set in an afocal and conjugate relation by a collimator lens. The reflection surface of the rotary polygonal mirror and a scanning position of a peripheral surface of a photosensitive drum are set in an afocal and conjugate relationship by first and second cylinder mirrors. Therefore, plural light beams emitted from light emission points of the laser array are made incident on and deflected by the reflection surface of the rotary polygonal mirror, in a parallel state and without forming an angle with respect to the subscanning direction. The plural light beams are then incident on the peripheral surface of the photosensitive drum in a parallel state and focused thereon. Accordingly, bow difference and pitch deviation are decreased regardless of an interval between light emission points for output of the respective light beams.Type: GrantFiled: November 28, 2000Date of Patent: December 21, 2004Assignee: Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd.Inventor: Junichi Ichikawa

Patent number: 6831530Abstract: A monolithic LC filter which provides increased magnetic field coupling as compared with a conventional monolithic LC filter, without an increase in component size of the filter. The monolithic LC filter includes first and second resonator inductors coupled together by magnetic field coupling. The inductors include parallel-extending straight coupling sections formed by conductive lines which extend in parallel generally along a diagonal of a supporting dielectric layer. This configuration enables the lengths of the coupling sections to be increased as compared with the lengths of the corresponding coupling sections of a conventional monolithic LC filter.Type: GrantFiled: March 27, 2003Date of Patent: December 14, 2004Assignee: NKG Spark Plug Co., Ltd.Inventors: Junichi Ichikawa, Tadashi Shingaki, Norihisa Kitajima

Patent number: 6791435Abstract: A multilayer LC filter includes two LC resonance circuits (21 and 22) in a two-stage circuit configuration. First and second resonator inductors (L21 and L22) formed by two strip-like electrical paths (14 and 15) extend laterally in parallel and are patterned on the same inductor layer (c). A strip-shaped shielding or ground path (35) is formed between, and in parallel with, the two strip-shaped electrical paths (14 and 15) such that the electrical paths are in the shape of a fork on the inductor layer c. The magnetic coupling between the resonator inductors (L21 and L22) is thus weakened and, even when pattern dislocations occur during the patterning of the paths, there is substantially no variation in the magnetic coupling characteristics of multilayer LC filters of this construction.Type: GrantFiled: December 23, 2002Date of Patent: September 14, 2004Assignee: NGK Spark Plug Co., Ltd.Inventors: Tadashi Shingaki, Junichi Ichikawa

Patent number: 6201561Abstract: Even if light beams are caused to obliquely become incident on a light deflector, an optical scanner will be constructed of one F&thgr; lens without bending the center line of the lens. The optical scanner has a deflection part on which light beams are incident from a light source to incline their optical axes by a predetermined angle in a slow scan direction, and a scanning optical system for scanning an optical spot at a substantially constant velocity, and focusing incident light beams on a surface to be scanned. The scanning optical system is preferably constructed of a single lens, both sides of which are aspherical, this lens is caused to refract, on a first refractive surface, to reduce a change in an incident angle of the light beams in the slow scan direction, which change in response to an deflection angle, and is caused to refract, on a second refractive surface, such that the light beams after emission are emitted in a substantially coincided orientation in the slow scan direction.Type: GrantFiled: September 2, 1999Date of Patent: March 13, 2001Assignee: Fuji Xerox Co., Ltd.Inventor: Junichi Ichikawa

Patent number: 6139975Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a sheet member comprising: obtaining a sintered compact by sintering a sheet-like compact having a reduced-thickness portion and an enlarged-thickness portion; and then repressing the sintered compact into a sheet member, a difference in density between the reduced-thickness portion and the enlarged-thickness portion of the sintered compact after repressing is adjusted to be in a range of .+-.1.5%. By doing so, the accuracy of flatness is enhanced and the amount of distortion, which would otherwise remain in the sheet member, is reduced because the sheet member is formed by sintering the sheet-like compact. In addition, the deformation caused by heating is greatly restricted. Accordingly, the prospect of the sheet member of the present invention is bright as a heat dissipating plate.Type: GrantFiled: January 26, 1999Date of Patent: October 31, 2000Assignee: Hitachi Powered Metals Co., Ltd.Inventors: Osamu Mawatari, Junichi Ichikawa, Zenzo Ishijima, Hideo Shikata
