  • Publication number: 20100067042
Abstract: A plotter repeats a process of standing by until the next line synchronization timing after data transfer for one line and transferring DMAC control information requesting data transfer for one line to an MCH for each line synchronization timing whereby image data for one page is transferred. Therefore, data transfer from the MCH to the plotter is processed by continuous posted requests, so that float with respect to a line period can be made longer without transmitting a plurality of data transfer requests from the plotter to the MCH in the split method. Thus, a high data transfer performance can be realized with an inexpensive circuit because the cost for mounting a buffer memory or the like on the circuit is not needed.

  • Patent number: 7591636
Abstract: When coils of a vacuum pump unit are excited by energization, a piston equipped with magnets reciprocates in a cylinder. Thus, air is sucked in from an outlet passage of a diffuser of an ejector, and air discharged from the vacuum pump unit is supplied to an inlet of a nozzle of the ejector. Consequently, a fast jet occurs in a throat portion of the nozzle, and a negative pressure of higher degree of vacuum than that of the suction negative pressure of the vacuum pump unit is produced at a vacuum port of the ejector. The negative pressure is supplied from a negative pressure supply port. The ejector can supply a negative pressure of high degree of vacuum while reducing the load on the vacuum pump unit.

  • Patent number: 7577062
Abstract: A battery-operated recording medium controller monitors the ID of a replayed melody and when a replay ID comparing section (A126) makes a decision that a melody of the same ID as the previous one is replayed, a section (A127) for judging necessity of auxiliary information designates an auxiliary information access control section not to acquire auxiliary information (ID3 tag) again from a disc but to reuse auxiliary information stored in an auxiliary information storing section A. Consequently, the number of times of accessing the recording medium is decreased, and when the auxiliary information added to reproduction data like the ID3 tag of an MP3 is acquired, moving distance of an optical pickup is decreased and current consumption can be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20090178404
Abstract: An electric booster according to the present invention comprises a booster piston disposed around an input piston so as to movable relative to the input piston. The booster piston and input piston also serve as a primacy piston of a tandem master cylinder. A brake fluid pressure is generated in the tandem master cylinder by an input thrust force provided from a brake pedal to the input piston and a booster thrust force provided from the electronic actuator to the booster piston. In this electric booster, a slide hole is formed through the secondary piston of the tamed master cylinder in the axial direction therefore, and a rod member is slidably disposed through the slide hole. When the fluid pressure is not increased in the primary pressure chamber, due to the fluid pressure in the secondary pressure chamber, the rod member comes to abut against the input piston, and a reactive force in the secondary pressure chamber is returned to the brake pedal.

  • Patent number: 7480320
Abstract: In a semiconductor laser driving device and method, a first current below an oscillation threshold current of a semiconductor laser is outputted to the laser invariably. A second current needed for light emission of the laser responsive to an input signal is outputted to the laser. A predetermined auxiliary current is outputted to the laser. An initialization operation is performed to detect luminescence characteristics of the laser, and a signal indicating a value of the second current derived from the detected luminescence characteristics is outputted. The third current is controlled so that an amount of light outputted by the laser receiving a sum of the first, second, third and auxiliary currents, accords with a predetermined amount.

  • Patent number: 7454540
Abstract: A data transferring system based on the PCI Express standard in which power saving is realized is disclosed. In the data transferring system, a data transferring device transfers image data based on the PCI Express standard by synchronizing with a line synchronizing signal LSYNC. At this time, the data transferring device causes a period between packets (image data) to be transferred in one line cycle of the line synchronizing signal LSYNC to be shorter than a transition period “t1” which is required to transit from a link state L0 to a link state L0s and from the link state L0s to the link state L0. With this, the number of the transition periods “t1” is reduced and the period of the link state L0s is made long.

  • Patent number: 7388355
Abstract: When the control signal EN is changed to “H”, a reference voltage VR is generated by a reference voltage generator 10, and a bias voltage BL is generated by the bias circuit 20. Based on the reference voltage VR and the bias voltage BL, a differential amplifier 30 and an output circuit 40 generates an output voltage VA. A delay circuit 50 outputs a delayed signal DL a certain delay time after the control signal EN riese. A switching signal SW used for control over the first switch 5 is made High when the control signal EN and the delayed signal DL are both High. Accordingly, it is possible to switch the voltage at the output node NO, after the output voltage VA is stabilized.
