  • Publication number: 20060149679
Abstract: In the example of the invention, an accepting section of a privilege management system accepts privilege coupon data and a right data acquisition request. The privilege coupon data includes permitting side condition ID which specifies a utilization permitting side which permits granting a privilege. The acquisition request includes a utilizing side ID indicative of a right data utilizing side. The verifying section determines that the privilege is granted to the requesting side when the permitting side condition ID is consistent with the utilizing side ID. The service section grants the privilege to the requesting side when it is determined that the privilege is granted.

  • Publication number: 20060022230
Abstract: In the solid-state image sensing device, a first N type semiconductor region and an N well of a PMOS region are formed in the same process, thereby making the first N type semiconductor region and the N well in the PMOS region substantially equal in N type impurity concentration-depth profile. By forming the first N type semiconductor region and the N well in the same process, the number of manufacturing process for the solid-state image sensing device can be decreased. It is, therefore, possible to suppress excessive application of heat history to the solid-state image sensing device during ion implantation and diffusion of N type impurity. Accordingly, by suppressing excessive diffusion of impurity and the like resulting from the excessive application of the heat history to the solid-state image sensing device, yield of the solid-state image sensing device can be improved.

  • Patent number: 6926401
Abstract: Printed papers discharged through a discharge port of an ink-jet printer can be sorted in accordance with their sizes either on an A4-size paper tray or on a L-size paper tray. Sorting openings with a determined width w are formed in the A4-size paper tray, on which printed papers are firstly held, each along a conveyance path for the papers. The width of the sorting opening is smaller than that of the A4-size paper and larger than that of the L-size paper. Therefore, A4-size papers stay on the A4-size paper tray. On the other hand, L-size papers pass through the sorting opening of the A4-size paper and then conveyed to the L-size paper tray by a conveyor.

  • Patent number: 6888728
Abstract: A switching power supply unit of the present invention a timing generating circuit (121) which receives a first control signal formed by a rectifier-transistor driving circuit (104), forms a second control signal based on the first control signal, and supplies the second control signal to a control electrode of the rectifier transistor (113). The first control signal is synchronized with the switching operation of a half-bridge circuit (102), and the second control signal exceeds a threshold voltage of a rectifier transistor (113) at a timing substantially equal to the timing that one edge of the first control signal is generated and falls below the threshold voltage of the rectifier transistor (113) at a timing earlier by predetermined time than the timing that the other edge of the first control signal is generated.

  • Publication number: 20040141021
Abstract: An ink-jet printer comprises two pairs of conveyance rollers that pinch a paper and, in this condition, convey the paper to a print region confronting printing heads. When printing is performed on a wide paper, the paper is pinched with both of the two pairs of conveyance rollers. A sensor is attached to a carriage that holds the printing heads and is movable forward perpendicularly to a paper conveyance direction. The sensor detects a right edge of the paper, and feeds this detection signal to a misalignment amount calculator. The misalignment amount calculator calculates a misalignment amount of the paper from a given conveyance area that is associated with a paper size. An individual controller individually controls the respective pairs of conveyance rollers such that the misalignment amount may become smaller.
