  • Publication number: 20040115499
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing a membrane-electrode structure having an excellent adhesiveness between an electrode catalyst layer and a diffusion electrode, and a polymer electrolyte fuel cell using a membrane-electrode structure obtained by the production method. Moreover, it also provides an electrical apparatus and a transport machine that use the above polymer electrolyte fuel cell. A catalyst past comprising a catalyst supported by an electron conducting material and an ion conducting material is applied on a sheet substrate 2, and it is then dried, so as to form electrode catalyst layers 3, 3. The electrode catalyst layers are thermally transferred onto each side of a polymer electrolyte membrane 1, so as to form a laminated body 4.

  • Publication number: 20040083546
Abstract: A bowl section of a wash-hand basin main body is provided with an overflow edge section of which part is extended upward to form an extension section. The extension section is provided with a cleaning fluid ejection port adapted to eject soapy water or the like for removing dirt and/or bacteria adhered to a user's hands. In this construction, the extension section continuously formed at a section of the overflow edge section of the bowl section functions as a conventional function case and as result, the number of parts and the number of execution man-hours can be reduced. Since a clearance or gap as seen in the prior art is not produced, cleaning efficiency can be improved. A cleaning fluid is filled in a tank, and a cleaning fluid refilling port for refilling the cleaning fluid from the tank is provided on the inner surface of a water receiving section. The cleaning fluid within the tank is supplied to the cleaning fluid ejection port by a pump.

  • Publication number: 20040008057
Abstract: In a dynamic circuit, when only between a precharge node and an intermediate node through a plurality of logical-operating MOS transistors is conducted, the potential of the precharge node approximately drops to High*{C1/(C1+C2)} from High, where C1 represents the capacitance of the precharge node and C2 represents the capacitance of the intermediate node. Thereafter, with the charge from a power supply, the precharge node returns to High. At this charge sharing time, the amount of charge supply from the power supply is adjusted to suppress voltage drop of the precharge node, thereby reducing noise.

  • Publication number: 20030141915
Abstract: By forming adjacent wiring 4 adjacent to signal wiring 3 and using a control circuit 13 comprising a 2-input NAND 20 circuit or the like to input a signal S4 corresponding to a signal S3 in the signal wiring 3 to the adjacent wiring 4, it is made possible to change the delay of the signal S3 in the signal wiring 3 in several picoseconds, by using crosstalk with the signal S4 in the signal wiring 4.The inventive delay control circuit device can be provided by simply adding adjacent wiring 4 and a control circuit 13 to signal wiring 3. This implements a delay control circuit device for semiconductor integrated circuits that is capable of controlling a signal delay in several picoseconds without increasing the circuit scale.

  • Patent number: 4472275
Abstract: A magnetic filter including a tubular case which has a filter region divided along a flow passage into two smaller-dimensioned spaces in each of which a filter element of magnetic material is located. A magnetic means is also provided in one of the two spaces. In the smaller-dimensioned space including the magnetic means, only a portion of the lines of magnetic force produced by an electromagnetic coil connected to the tubular case is allowed to magnetize the filter element disposed in the same space, while the remaining lines pass through the magnetic means, so that the filter element is magnetized to a lesser degree. However, the filter element located in the other smaller-dimensioned space is magnetized by all the lines of magnetic force so that the same space has a higher capacity for attracting magnetic particles. Therefore, different types of magnetic particles contained in a fluid are attracted by the lowly-magnetized filter element and the highly-magnetized one, respectively.
