  • Patent number: 7381194
Abstract: A massage chair has a seating surface, a backrest and armrests at the opposite left and right sides. A covering member vertically displaceable to be opened and closed is provided on the upper surface of an armrest main body of each armrest. A massaging device is provided on at least either one of the lower surface of each covering member and the upper surface of the corresponding armrest main body. The massaging devices are driven with hands and arms tightly held between the lower surfaces of the covering members and the upper surfaces of the armrest main bodies, and the upper surfaces of the covering member serve as arm resting surfaces with the covering members closed and the massaging means not driven. There can be provided a massage chair whose arm resting positions are not restricted when the massage chair is not used to massage the hands and arms.

  • Publication number: 20070116459
Abstract: The present invention provides a rinsing method capable of satisfactorily rinsing the surface of a resist film regardless of the condition of the surface of the resist film so that development defects caused by residuals produced by development may be reduced. A rinsing method of rinsing a substrate processed by a developing process for developing an exposed pattern comprises the steps of discharging a rinsing liquid onto a central part of the substrate processed by the developing process and coated with a developer puddle while the substrate is stopped or rotated (step 5), stopping discharging the rinsing liquid in a state where the developer puddle remains at least in a peripheral part of the substrate (step 6), and rotating the substrate at a high rotating speed to shake the developer remaining on the substrate off the substrate together with the rinsing liquid (step 7).

  • Patent number: 7219826
Abstract: There is provided a method for producing a reliable metal/ceramic bonding substrate at low costs by forming a desired fillet on the peripheral portion of a metal circuit by a small number of steps. After an active metal containing brazing filler metal 12 is applied on a ceramic substrate 10 to bond a metal member 14 thereto, a resist 16 is applied on a predetermined portion of a surface of the metal member 14 to etch unnecessary portions, and then the resist is removed. Thereafter, unnecessary part of a metal layer 12b, which is formed of a metal other than an active metal of the active metal containing brazing filler metal 12, is etched with a chemical to be removed. Then, unnecessary part of an active metal layer 12a, which is formed of the active metal and a compound thereof, is selectively etched with a chemical, which inhibits the metal member 14 and the metal layer 12b from being etched and which selectively etch the active metal layer 12b, to form a metal circuit on the ceramic substrate 10.
