  • Patent number: 10670009
Abstract: A controller of an electromagnetically driven reciprocating pump influences velocity of the magnetic armature by switching voltage applied to the electromagnet depending on the position of the magnetic armature, its position determined from state variables of the electromagnet. A processor calculates electrical resistance of the magnetic coil from the voltage and current measured by the measuring device, and calculates the temporal change of the linked magnetic flux in the electromagnet from the electrical voltage, the current and the resistance of the magnetic coil, and calculates the linked magnetic flux in the electromagnet from an earlier magnetic flux and from the temporal change, and determines the position of the magnetic armature from the linked magnetic flux in the electromagnet and the electrical current through the magnetic coil, and switches the voltage at the magnetic coil by the switching device depending on the position of the magnetic armature.

  • Patent number: 10322964
Abstract: A method for producing a reflector on a reflector base made of glass is provided. According to the method, a metal-containing coating fluid is deposited on a coating surface and subjected to a burning-in treatment at a temperature below a softening temperature of the glass forming the reflector layer. Deposition of the coating fluid proceeds using a contactless method by inkjet technology. This makes it possible to deposit a reflector layer in a reproducible way and with tight tolerances having a specified layer thickness, as well as to create clean edges without a printing block or similar device. The coating fluid is moved by a print head equipped with a plurality of nozzles and is movable in a movement plane relative to the coating surface. The coating fluid is sprayed onto the coating surface by the print head under pressure and in the form of droplets emerging from the nozzles.

  • Publication number: 20190174580
Abstract: An infrared panel radiator includes a substrate made of an electrically insulating material. A printed conductor is applied to a surface to the substrate. The printed conductor is made of an electrically conductive resistor material that generates heat when current flows through it. A process for producing the infrared panel radiator includes: (a) providing the substrate; and (b) applying the printed conductor to a surface of the substrate. To produce an infrared radiator that features homogeneous radiation emission at high radiation power per unit area, the substrate is manufactured from a composite material including an amorphous matrix component and an additional component in the form of a semiconductor material. The printed conductor is provided as a form part with a fixed geometric shape. The printed conductor is applied to the surface of the substrate such that the printed conductor and the substrate are permanently connected to each other.
