    Abstract: A wireless device receives a radio resource control message from a base station that indicates a handover from a first cell of the first base station to a second cell of a second base station. During the handover, a DCI from the second base station is received that indicates a random access channel occasion. The random access channel occasion is determined and used to transmit a preamble to the second base station. Once a response to the preamble is received, the wireless device transmits a message to the second base station to indicate a completion of the handover.

    Abstract: A particle detecting device is provided. The particle detecting device includes a base, a detecting element, a micro pump and a drive control board. The base includes a detecting channel, a beam channel and a light trapping region. The detecting element includes a microprocessor, a particle sensor and a laser transmitter. The particle sensor is disposed at an orthogonal position where the detecting channel intersects the beam channel. When the micro pump, the particle sensor and the laser transmitter are enabled under the control of the microprocessor, the gas outside the detecting channel is inhaled into the detecting channel. When the gas flows to the orthogonal position where the detecting channel intersects the beam channel, the gas is irradiated by the projecting light source from the laser transmitter, and projecting light spots generated are projected on the particle sensor for detecting the size and the concentration of suspended particles.

By controlling the ORP of the fermentation broth, the method for fermentative production of oxidized coenzyme Q10 enables the oxidized coenzyme Q10 content in the coenzyme Q10 produced by microorganisms to reach 96% or more, and the product is substantially composed of a single component, which makes post-treatment more convenient.

    Abstract: A driver circuit includes two high-side switches and a single low-side switch, output inductor, and output capacitor. By having multiple high-side switches, the driver can regulate power from multiple charging devices. The high-side switches share a channel with an input capacitor for that channel and the channels are connected to the low-side switch at a common node. When the capacitor for one of the channels becomes charged quickly, the capacitor of the other channel will balance itself with the charged capacitor. To avoid damaging the high-side switches, a low-impedance bridge and driver circuit is connected between the channels.
