Abstract: A memory device including a base semiconductor die, conductive terminals, memory dies, an insulating encapsulation and a buffer cap is provided. The conductive terminals are disposed on a first surface of the base semiconductor die. The memory dies are stacked over a second surface of the base semiconductor die, and the second surface of the base semiconductor die is opposite to the first surface of the base semiconductor die. The insulating encapsulation is disposed on the second surface of the base semiconductor die and laterally encapsulates the memory dies. The buffer cap covers the first surface of the base semiconductor die, sidewalls of the base semiconductor die and sidewalls of the insulating encapsulation. A package structure including the above- mentioned memory device is also provided.

The method comprises: displaying a list including a plurality of items on the first interface on the touch screen display; detecting a first touch applied to a first area of a first item of the plurality of items displayed on the touch screen display; entering into an item-information-hold state based on the first touch, which comprises: inserting item information of the first item into a second interface; and overlapping the second interface onto the first interface; detecting a second touch applied to the touch screen display during a period of the item-information-hold state; and operating the first interface based on the second touch.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for performing multimedia management utilizing tags and an associated computer program product are provided, where the method is applied to an electronic device. The method includes the steps of: providing a user interface to allow a user to add at least one tag corresponding to at least one timestamp of a multimedia file onto a progress bar of the user interface; and when it is detected that a specific tag added onto the progress bar of the user interface is selected for tag-based playback, playing the multimedia file, starting from a specific timestamp indicated by tag information of the specific tag.

Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a reminder generating method and a mobile electronic device using the same method. In one of the exemplary embodiments, the mobile electronic device would include a display and a processor coupled to the display and is configured for displaying a first user interface of an application on a display of the mobile electronic device, converting a data source into a data stream by using the first application, receiving a keyword extracted from the data stream, analyzing the keyword to generate within the first user interface a second user interface which includes at least a first information based on the keyword, and storing the first information after the first information has been confirmed and established by the user.

The method includes displaying a first user interface of a first mode in a first area of a touch screen of the electronic device and one or more snapshots of a second user interface of a second mode in a second area of the touch screen while the electronic device is in the first mode. The method also includes detecting a first sliding gesture on or near the touch screen. A rotation speed and direction of the first 3D graph change according to an operation speed and direction on the first 3D. The system further performs corresponding desktop display actions according to manipulated operations on the first 3D graph, the process wall, or the second 3D graphs.

Abstract: A phone dialing method is carried out on a communication device when browsing photos so as to make a phone call. First, a browser is activated to load a picture. Face features of all the existing human faces are detected. The face features of all contacts in a directory are compared to find out the contact matching the characters of human face. Then, the phone number of the contact is dialed. Further, after the picture is loaded, a user may set an identification area to narrow down the scope of identifying human faces. After that, the characters of human face of the selected human face are analyzed, and a search is made in the directory to find the contact matching the characters of human face. Finally, call contact by the number of directory.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method process position information. A mobile phone sends a first position signal for itself through an RF module and receives a second position signal for other party through the RF module. Therefore, the positions of users using the mobile phones can be simultaneously shown on display of the mobile phone. Moreover, a GPS destination point can be set with reference to the second position signal for other party, and an optimal path can be dynamically programmed according to the GPS destination point. The position signal can be sent through a composite voice signal after it is combined with a voice signal; or the position signal can be sent through short message service (SMS).

Abstract: A remote monitoring method applied in a monitored computer system and a monitoring computer system, which are connected to a network. The monitored computer system has a microprocessor chip which operates independently. After power is supplied to the monitored computer system, the microprocessor chip starts to capture image data. The image data is properly processed and then stored in the memory. Thereafter, the monitoring computer system reads and displays the image data stored in the memory through the network so that the user can see, on the monitoring computer system, displaying images of the monitored computer system from booting to normal operating, and also can capture a displaying image when the monitored computer system crashes.

Abstract: An apparatus of remote server console redirection is described. The apparatus provides multi-managers to control remote server computers simultaneously. The apparatus includes at least one monitoring computer and a console redirection proxy service server (CRPSS). The monitoring computer executes a browser program and assigns a remote server computer to be controlled. The CRPSS determines whether the assigned remote server computer is on monitoring. If the assigned remote server computer is on monitoring, the CRPSS directly sends display images of the assigned remote server computer to the monitoring computer. If the assigned remote server computer is not on monitoring, the CRPSS issues a console redirection command and a reboot command to the assigned remote server computer. Therefore, the display images of the assigned remote server computer are sent to the monitoring computer by way of the CRPSS.
