The bonding portion outside the substrate is allowed to be formed larger for improving improving the stability and yield of the connection between the touch sensing unit and the signal bus.

The transparent insulative layers have a refractive index equal to or greater than that of the transparent conductive layers and fill the gaps.     Abstract: The invention includes a touch film, a transparent substrate, a covering layer and an FFC. The touch film is transparent and flexible and has an upper conductive film on a bottom side thereof. The transparent substrate is adhered and superposed under the touch film and has a lower conductive film facing the upper conductive film. Peripheries of the upper and lower conductive films are provided with silver conductive paths, and ends of the silver conductive paths are formed with a first set of signal contacts. The covering layer is adhered on the touch film. The FFC has a second set of signal contacts corresponding to the first set of signal contacts. The touch film is formed with a recess over the first and second sets of signal contacts, and a width of the recess is slightly greater than that of the FFC.

    Abstract: A transparent capacitive touch panel has electromagnetic shielding effect. No extra process and cost is increased. A side of the capacitive touch panel facing electromagnetic interference is formed with an electromagnetic (EM) shielding for avoiding the interference of EMI and RFI. As comparing with the prior art, advantages of the present invention are that the present invention achieves a complete EM-proof effect so as to provide a preferred EM shielding; the effect of EM proof of the present invention has no relation with the arrangement of X traces, Y traces; and the gaps between the traces of the present invention can be widened for having a better effect of EM proof so as to simplify the technology in manufacturing with a higher yield ratio and a lower cost.

    Abstract: An improved laminating equipment for touch panel includes a working recess and a pressing cap. The working recess has a first and a second positioning frame for precisely positioning a first and a second plate respectively. A plurality of elastic supporter is arranged between the first and the second positioning frame for forming a gap between the first and the second plates. The pressing cap has a pressing unit having a soft contact surface on a bottom surface thereof. The working recess is sealed by covering of the pressing cap to create vacuum by a vacuum pump during the laminating process.     Abstract: A method for manufacturing a touch panel includes following steps. A substrate is used and an upper surface thereof is formed with a plurality of lower electrode units. A periphery of each lower electrode unit is formed with a gluing frame, and a periphery of the substrate is formed with a sealing frame. A panel layer is used and a lower surface thereof is formed with a plurality of upper electrode units. By the gluing frame and the sealing frame, the substrate and the panel layer are combined together as a combined plate. The combined plate is etched by solution of hydrofluoric acid. One or more than one function film is attached to a surface above each electrode unit. A cutter is used for cutting the panel layer from an upper side thereof and to form a trench, and the substrate is pressed along the trench of the substrate for separating the substrate into a plurality of independent touch panels along the predetermined cutting line.
