  • Patent number: 8009462
Abstract: A SRAM architecture includes a read/write control signal, a read/write control transistor block, an equalize transistor block, a 6-T SRAM cell, a sense amplifier block, a column selection transistor block and a write driver. The 6-T SRAM cell can store and write data. The sense amplifier block is used to read out the data stored in the 6-T SRAM cell correctly when the SRAM architecture performs a read operation and makes bit lines BL (bit line) and BLB( bitline) produce a minimum voltage difference. The column selection transistor block is used to select a column that the data is written in and read out. The write driver is used to perform a write operation to the 6-T SRAM cell of the column. The SRAM architecture can effectively increase the read SNM and dramatically reduce the power consumption.

  • Publication number: 20110141371
Abstract: A method for adjusting image is applied to an image output device. According to the method, the image output device firstly obtains a current image frame including plural pixels, and analyzes an intensity of an input image signal value of each pixel. The image output device defines each pixel having the input image signal value being smaller than a critical value as a dark pixel, and counts a number of the dark pixels to obtain a ratio of the dark pixels among all the pixels to serve as a dark pixel ratio. The image output device determines an image adjusting curve equation according to the dark pixel ratio, substitutes the input image signal values to the image adjusting curve equation, and obtains output image signal values of the pixels. Finally, the image output device combines all the output image signal values to obtain a final output image frame.

  • Patent number: 7925277
Abstract: The invention provides a positioning system of positioning a wireless communication apparatus. The positioning system transmits and receives positioning signals which have different frequency bands and generates corresponding positioning values according to the positioning signals. The positioning system then judges and selects positioning values which have less error from the generated positioning values, and calculates an average value of the selected positioning values. Therefore, positioning of the wireless communication apparatus will be more precise. Furthermore, if the positioning system is implemented in a radio-wave-based wireless communication environment, the N positioning signals can be polarized in a linear polarization way, a left-handed circular polarization way or a right-handed circular polarization way, so as to reduce the environmental impact to enhance precision of the positioning.

  • Publication number: 20110082226
Abstract: Disclosed is a multi-isocyanate prepolymer formed by reacting diisocyanate and/or diisocyanate trimer with diol and/or triol. Because the prepolymer and the diol/triol have similar molecular weights, additional crosslink agents such as diamine, multi-amine, or combinations thereof are not necessary. Furthermore, the prepolymer can be blown to form foam, or directly gelled to form an unbubbled product such as film.

  • Patent number: 7920130
Abstract: The invention discloses a touch panel capable of identifying fingerprints. The touch panel includes a touch layer and a fingerprint sensing layer. The touch layer is used for sensing a specific location touched by a finger. The fingerprint sensing layer is disposed under the touch layer and includes a storage unit, multiple receiving modules, multiple transmitting modules, and a control module. The storage unit stores a first fingerprint data corresponding to the finger. Each receiving module respectively corresponds to one of the transmission modules. According to the specific location, one of the transmission modules transmits a signal, and the signal is then reflected by the finger to the corresponding receiving module. The control module converts the signal received by the receiving module into a second fingerprint data and then determines whether the second fingerprint data conforms to the first fingerprint data.

  • Patent number: 7911266
Abstract: A low complexity and low power phase shift keying demodulator structure includes a digitizer, a phase-transition-independent carrier clock extractor, a binary correlater, a delay element, and a sampler. The digitizer digitizes a BPSK signal for an output waveform. The phase-transition-independent carrier clock extractor detects the phase transition on the output of the digitizer and produces a carrier clock signal. The binary correlater has correlated processes to the output signal of the digitizer and carrier clock signal obtained from the phase-transition-independent carrier clock extractor. The sampler samples the signal from the binary correlater according to the signal from the delay element in order to finish the demodulation with only a small capacitance.
