    Abstract: A method of selecting paraffin inhibitors for a target crude oil includes inputting one of more known properties of a target crude oil into a machine learning model and extrapolating unknown properties of a historical data set using a machine learning model. The machine learning model is trained on the historical data set that includes one or more properties of a plurality of crude oils, one or more properties of a plurality of paraffin inhibitors, and one or more paraffin inhibiting efficiencies of the paraffin inhibitors with the plurality of crude oils. Paraffin inhibiting efficiency is predicted based on the historical data set and extrapolated unknown properties for the plurality of paraffin inhibitors that may be used with the target crude oil. One or more of a list of crude oils having one or more properties within a numerical tolerance of the properties of the target crude oil, a list of paraffin inhibitors for use with the target crude oil, and a list of paraffin inhibitor properties are output.

The ranging method includes: The first ultra-wideband system receives ranging configuration information from the first narrowband system, where the ranging configuration information is determined by the first narrowband system and a second narrowband system of a second communication apparatus through negotiation (S310); and the first ultra-wideband system generates a first ranging frame based on the ranging configuration information, where the first ranging frame is used to measure a distance between the first communication apparatus and the second communication apparatus (S320). This can implement a process of ranging between the first communication apparatus and the second communication apparatus in a more secure manner.

The method includes executing a neural network model of analyzing MR images, wherein the neural network model is trained with a pair of pristine images and corrupted images. The pristine images are the corrupted images with noise reduced, and target output images of the neural network model are the pristine images. The method also includes receiving first MR signals and second MR signals, reconstructing first and second MR images based on the first MR signals and the second MR signals, and analyzing the first MR image and the second MR image using the neural network model. The method further includes deriving a denoised MR image based on the analysis, wherein the denoised MR image is a combined image based on the first MR image and the second MR image and outputting the denoised MR image.

The chitosan-polyacrylamide composite porous hydrogel of the present application is prepared by in situ polymerization of a chitosan sol, an acrylamide, a crosslinking agent and a surfactant into a mixed solution comprising liquid droplets, followed by steps of curing, washing, and freeze-drying. The present application further provides a metal ion-detecting reagent, which is obtained by adsorbing a color developing agent into the chitosan-polyacrylamide composite porous hydrogel as described above, wherein the color developing agent is a dye that changes color when encountering metal ions. The chitosan-polyacrylamide composite porous hydrogel of the present application has balanced mechanical properties and porosity.

Since the estimated representation may be sparse, a deep neural network (DNN) may be used to predict values for a dense representation of the 3D surface structure from the sparse representation. For example, a sparse 3D point cloud may be projected to form a sparse projection image (e.g., a sparse 2D height map), which may be fed into the DNN to predict a dense projection image (e.g., a dense 2D height map). The predicted dense representation of the 3D surface structure may be provided to an autonomous vehicle drive stack to enable safe and comfortable planning and control of the autonomous vehicle.

    Abstract: A driving circuit and arrangement for driving a load between two output terminals. The driving circuit comprises an input and output terminals connected to the input. A fault detection inductor is connected in series with the output terminals, and is configured to modify an electrical parameter through a feedback inductor responsive to a change in current between the output terminals. The feedback inductor is galvanically isolated, but magnetically coupled, to the fault detection inductor. The driving circuit further comprises a first current sensing inductor through which a current provided by the converter passes, and the feedback inductor is also galvanically isolated, but magnetically coupled, to first current sensing inductor. Thus the feedback inductor can be induced with signal both from the first current sensing inductor and the fault detection inductor and saves components, space, and cost.
