  • Patent number: 6167186
Abstract: An input image is digitized. The corresponding digital video data are reproduced while they are successively recorded on a magnetic video device. A successive recording control unit manages at which position of a successive recording area the digital data are to be successively recorded to realize the endless recording in a limitative recording area. When an event occurs, the control unit manages to exclude the recorded image before and after the corresponding event image from the endless recording area so that the event image can be held as an event recording image. Since the monitored image can be reproduced while it is recorded, it can be reproduced timely retroactively, and the image before and after an event occurs can also be reproduced instantaneously. Further, since the recording is continued while the image is reproduced, event images corresponding to plural events can be left.

  • Patent number: 5935365
Abstract: An unbaked ceramic layer is formed by applying a ceramic paste on to an organic flexible supporting body. First target marks are formed on the flexible supporting body before or after this process. Then, the positioning for printing electrodes is performed based upon information obtained through image processing of the first target marks, to print the electrodes on the unbaked ceramic layer. With this, a manufacturing method for ceramic electronic components that can minimize positional misalignment in electrode patterns is provided.

  • Patent number: 5424094
Abstract: A mixture containing a magnetic powder, a binder, and an organic solvent is kneaded by passing it through a twin-shaft continuous kneader while the shearing force applied to the mixture is varied by changing the set angle of paddles used. The temperature of the mixture is controlled to be higher than Tg and lower than the boiling point of the organic solvent when it passes through the maximum shearing force zone, and to be lower than the temperature of the mixture upon its passage through the maximum shearing force zone, preferably lower than Tg when it passes through zones other than the maximum shearing force zone. There is obtained a magnetic recording medium which has improved dispersion of magnetic powder and excellent electromagnetic properties as well as a low coefficient of friction and improved transport stability.

  • Patent number: 4249364
Abstract: A heat-seal type wrapping apparatus which operates by wrapping successive pieces of candy at regular intervals in a plastic film being unwound from a reel and being formed into a cylinder, subjecting the cylinder of plastic film to longitudinal heat seal along its overlapping margins and then to transverse heat seal between adjacent wrapped pieces of candy, and centrally severing the transversely heat-sealed regions. The apparatus comprises a device for preheating the overlapping margins of the film to a suitable temperature prior to the longitudinal heat seal and a device for preheating transverse heat-seal regions to a suitable temperature prior to the transverse heat seal, thereby ensuring satisfactory heat seal both longitudinal and transverse.
