  • Publication number: 20110210812
Abstract: A holding device for fastening a cast resin transformer winding relative to a transformer core has a support element and a receiving element attached to a tie rod. By fastening the support element to the receiving element attached to the tie rod, a cast resin transformer winding can be fixed rigidly and precisely centered relative to a transformer core. By attaching the receiving element directly on the tie rod, circulation in the lower region of the cast resin transformer winding or of an insulating cylinder also attached to the support element is ensured and thereby the thermal properties of a cast resin transformer winding produced in this way are improved. Furthermore a modular and thus simple design of the cast resin transformer is possible due to the possibility of connecting the receiving element to the tie rod by way of the support element.

  • Publication number: 20110203738
Abstract: A device for constructing a carcass for a vehicle tire. In order to provide a device with which the core centering devices can be expanded variably in diameter, wherein the core centering devices can be used at the same time for producing small tire dimensions, and with which at the same time the diameter of the diaphragm supports can be moved by a motor. The bladder support on the side of the movement box is connected to the shaft of the movement box in a fixed manner, with the axial distance for determining the carcass width of the vehicle tire to be produced between the diaphragm support and building drum being defined by positioning of the movement box in the axial direction. The bladder support on the side of the spindlebox is movably attached to the shaft. The axial distance for determining the carcass width of the vehicle tire to be produced between the bladder support and the building drum is defined by positioning in the axial direction.

  • Patent number: 8004149
Abstract: A motor which includes two drive elements, especially piezoelectric bending actuators, having effective directions that are perpendicular to each other. These actuators act upon a drive ring to thereby rotate a shaft. Two tension-compression bars, which are parallel to an effective direction, are connected to the drive ring, have respective joints at their ends and are connected to the ends of a diagonal bar, relative to which the ring can be displaced in the other effective direction. The diagonal bar itself can be displaced relative to fixing elements to an effective direction via a diagonal suspension. The drive is compact, having actuators that are non-radially hinged to the ring.

  • Publication number: 20110201434
Abstract: The thread former is used for the non-cutting shaping of threads and has a main body (1?) on which the moldings (6) are provided, distributed over the circumference. Said moldings are provided with thread-forming teeth (13, 14). Profile grinding tools are used to produce the thread-forming teeth (13, 14), both in the main body (1?) as well as in the moldings (6). In order for the thread former to be produced easily and cost-effectively, the moldings (6) protrude radially beyond the main body (1?) so far that the profile tool only engages with the molding when producing the thread-forming teeth (13, 14). Consequently, the profiling tool only has to machine one type of material. The thread former is used for the non-cutting shaping of threads, particularly of internal threads.
