  • Patent number: 9975563
Abstract: An operating mode determining unit determines an operating mode of each of a plurality of vehicles to be either one of a normal operating mode and an energy saving mode on the basis of a necessary boarding and alighting time which is required to allow passengers to board or alight from the vehicles at each of a plurality of stations. An index value specifying unit specifies an index value on the basis of total energy consumption when the vehicles operate in the operating mode determined by the operating mode determining unit, a difference between the necessary boarding and alighting time and a boarding and alighting time, or the number of changing times of operating modes. An operating plan determining unit determines the operating mode of each of the vehicles to be an operating mode having a smallest index value.

  • Publication number: 20170138215
Abstract: A steam turbine is provided with an electric motor, a plurality of controller units, a status storing unit, and a master controller. The electric motor drives a regulating valve for controlling the opening and closing of a steam passage in which steam supplied to a turbine body is circulated. The plurality of controller units control the drive of the electric motor. The status storing unit stores a parameter indicating a status of the steam turbine. When there is an abnormality in a controller unit that is controlling the drive of the electric motor, the master controller switches the controller unit to a controller unit among the controller units that is not controlling the electric motor, and causes the relevant controller unit to operate after rewriting the parameter to a parameter stored by the status storing unit before the abnormality had occurred.

  • Patent number: 9634505
Abstract: Within a range of a second limit current (±I_adj_max) set based on the performance of a secondary battery (140), a charging and discharging control device (170) determines an upper limit value (I_adj_limit) or a lower limit value (?I_adj_limit) of a state of charge (SOC) adjustment current (I_adj) in accordance with load power (required power and regeneration power) of a vehicle (100). Using an adjustment logic determined based on these limit values of the SOC adjustment current (I_adj), the charging and discharging control device (170) also determines the SOC adjustment current (I_adj) corresponding to an actually measured SOC value of the secondary battery (140).
