  • Patent number: 8916096
Abstract: According to an embodiment of the disclosure, the analyzer includes a reagent driving disk that accommodates a reagent configured for analysis and that transports the reagent to a desired position, and a fixed disk that has a reagent stand-by position in which to make a reagent container containing the reagent, temporarily stand by, and a magnetic particles stirring position for stirring magnetic particles. A portion of the reagent stand-by position is constituted by a loading system. A reagent container moving unit moves reagent containers containing the reagent, between the reagent driving unit and the fixed disk, according to analytical request status. Providing in a part of the fixed disk the loading system constructed so that reagent containers containing the reagent can be mounted therein during operation enables changing of reagent containers, irrespective of an operational status of the reagent driving disk, and the system to having cold-storage functionality.

  • Patent number: 8911217
Abstract: An abnormality detecting device for a hydraulic system is disclosed. The hydraulic system has a pressure level switching mechanism that adjusts oil pressure in accordance with the operating state of an internal combustion engine. The device includes an oil pressure sensor and a ECU. The oil pressure sensor detects an oil pressure that is adjusted by the pressure level switching mechanism. When the pressure level switching mechanism changes the oil pressure from a first oil pressure level to a second oil pressure level, which is higher than the first oil pressure level, the ECU compares the oil pressure detected by the oil pressure sensor with a determination oil pressure level, which is lower than and close to the second oil pressure level. The ECU determines that there is an abnormality in the hydraulic system if the oil pressure detected by the oil pressure sensor does not change to pass the determination oil pressure level.

  • Publication number: 20140037503
Abstract: The present invention performs cleaning on the inner and outer surfaces of a dispensing nozzle without reducing the processing speed of a device. To achieve the object, a feature of the invention is that a dispensing nozzle rinse tank includes a rinse liquid supply port. More specifically, by suctioning rinse liquid from the rinse liquid supply port provided on the dispensing nozzle rinse tank and discharging the rinse liquid into the rinse tank, the inner and outer surfaces of the dispensing nozzle can be rinsed in a short amount of time. According to the invention, it is only required that a rinse liquid supply port be provided on the dispensing nozzle rinse tank, the structure is simple. Moreover, because the inner and outer surfaces of the dispensing nozzle can be rinsed in a short amount of time by shortening the movement distance of the dispensing nozzle, analyses can be performed without reducing the processing speed of the device.

  • Patent number: 8632725
Abstract: An automatic analyzer according to the present invention is compact, mounting great number of reagents, having high processing ability. Reagent disks are arranged at inside and outside of a reaction disk. A reagent probe can inject a reagent into the position which is common position of both reagent disks. One of plural reagent probes approaches to one of reagent disks at one cycle. Plural reagent probes alternatively approach to the reagent disk. Therefore, the first reagents and the second reagents can be placed on both reagent disks. The mounting number of reagents can be increased without enlarging an analyzer. The cycle time can be shortened to make an automatic analyzer to have high processing ability.

  • Patent number: 8417440
Abstract: A hydraulic control device for an internal combustion engine having a pressure level switch mechanism that switches the pressure level of the oil supplied to components of the engine between a high pressure level and a low pressure level is provided. The hydraulic control device has a detecting section and a determining section. The determining section outputs a command signal instructing to switch the pressure level of the oil to the high pressure level to the pressure level switch mechanism and determines that the pressure level switch mechanism has a malfunction on condition that, after the command signal has been output, the pressure of the oil detected by the detecting section is smaller than a high-pressure-level switching malfunction determination value.
