  • Patent number: 10408677
Abstract: A spectrometer includes a support having a bottom wall part in which a depression is provided and a side wall part, a light detection element supported by the side wall part while opposing the depression, a resin layer disposed at least on an inner surface of the depression, and a dispersive part provided in the resin layer on the inner surface of the depression. The resin layer is in contact with an inner surface of the side wall part. A thickness of the resin layer in a first direction in which the depression and the light detection element oppose each other is larger in a part in contact with the inner surface of the side wall part than in a part disposed on the inner surface of the depression.

  • Patent number: 10394620
Abstract: A technique of operating a system is provided that processes data with one or more data processing modules provided in parallel. A synchronization token is input into at least one data processing module that is in an operational state from the one or more data processing modules provided in parallel, in response to a request to change allocation of the data. The allocation of the data is changed to the one or more data processing modules provided in parallel, after the synchronization token is input. In response to the synchronization token having arrived at a data processing module at a later stage, the at least one data processing module, that stopped the processing, starts processing data after the synchronization token is input to the at least one data processing module.

  • Patent number: 10386552
Abstract: An optical element includes a base having a curved depression formed in a front surface thereof and a formed layer arranged on the base. The formed layer includes a main part in the depression as viewed from a depth direction of the depression and an overhang on the front surface of the base while connecting to the main part. An opposite surface of the main part to a surface thereof on a side of an inner surface of the depression is formed like a concave curve that is concave in a same direction as the inner surface of the depression. A predetermined surface of the main part that is opposed to the inner surface of the depression is provided with an optical function part.

  • Publication number: 20190250036
Abstract: A spectrometer includes a support having a bottom wall part in which a depression including a concave curved inner surface and a peripheral part adjacent to the depression are provided, and a side wall part disposed on a side on which the depression is open with respect to the bottom wall part, a light detection element supported by the side wall part while opposing the depression, and a dispersive part disposed on the inner surface of the depression. A length of the depression in a second direction in which a plurality of grating grooves included in the dispersive part is aligned is larger than a length of the depression in a third direction orthogonal to the second direction when viewed in a first direction in which the depression and the light detection element oppose each other. An area of the peripheral part adjacent to the depression in the second direction is larger than an area of the peripheral part adjacent to the depression in the third direction when viewed in the first direction.

  • Publication number: 20190199550
Abstract: A relay device may include a plurality of communication circuits and a state control portion. The relay device may relay the data among a plurality of buses, each of which connecting one or more nodes. The plurality of communication circuits may perform transmission and reception of the data, and transition among a plurality of states including a transmission enabled state and a transmission disabled state. The plurality of communication circuits may be connected to the plurality of buses in one to one manner. The state control portion may cause a specific communication circuit to transition from the transmission enabled state to the transmission disabled state when a relay transition time has elapsed from an occurrence of predetermined event. The specific communication circuit may represent at least one of the plurality of communication circuits to which at least one of the plurality of buses connecting the specific node is connected.

  • Publication number: 20190154504
Abstract: A spectrometer 1A includes a package 2 having a stem 4 and a cap 5, an optical unit 10A disposed on the stem 4, and a lead pin 3 for securing the optical unit 10A to the stem 4. The optical unit 10A includes a dispersive part 21 for dispersing and reflecting light entering from a light entrance part 6 of the cap 5, a light detection element 30 having a light detection part 31 for detecting the light dispersed and reflected by the dispersive part 21, a support 40 for supporting the light detection element 30 such that a space is formed between the dispersive part 21 and the light detection element 30, and a projection 11 protruding from the support 40, the lead pin 3 being secured to the projection 11. The optical unit 10A is movable with respect to the stem 4 in a contact part of the optical unit 10A and the stem 4.
