  • Publication number: 20200117971
Abstract: An RF-tagged tool includes a tool; a first RF tag; and a self-adhesive silicone rubber bonding member covering at least part of the first RF tag so as to immovably affix the first RF tag to the tool. A method for attaching RF tags to tools includes fixing a tool and an RF tag by covering at least part of the RF tag with an uncured self-adhesive silicone rubber sheet; and curing the self-adhesive silicone rubber sheet to form a self-adhesive silicone rubber bonding member.

  • Publication number: 20200109989
Abstract: A spectrometer includes a support having a bottom wall part in which a depression including a concave curved inner surface and a peripheral part adjacent to the depression are provided, and a side wall part disposed on a side on which the depression is open with respect to the bottom wall part, a light detection element supported by the side wall part while opposing the depression, and a dispersive part disposed on the inner surface of the depression. A length of the depression in a second direction in which a plurality of grating grooves included in the dispersive part is aligned is larger than a length of the depression in a third direction orthogonal to the second direction when viewed in a first direction in which the depression and the light detection element oppose each other. An area of the peripheral part adjacent to the depression in the second direction is larger than an area of the peripheral part adjacent to the depression in the third direction when viewed in the first direction.

  • Patent number: 10559484
Abstract: [Problem] To reduce a sliding trace in a vicinity of a substrate end surface, while maintaining smooth vertical movement of a substrate in a groove of the holding section in a substrate storage container, said sliding trace being made with the holding section. [Solution] The present invention relates to a substrate storage container (1) that is provided with: a container main body (2), which stores a substrate (W), and which has at least one side open; and a removable cover body (3) capable of opening/closing an opening (5) of the container main body (2).

  • Patent number: 10408677
Abstract: A spectrometer includes a support having a bottom wall part in which a depression is provided and a side wall part, a light detection element supported by the side wall part while opposing the depression, a resin layer disposed at least on an inner surface of the depression, and a dispersive part provided in the resin layer on the inner surface of the depression. The resin layer is in contact with an inner surface of the side wall part. A thickness of the resin layer in a first direction in which the depression and the light detection element oppose each other is larger in a part in contact with the inner surface of the side wall part than in a part disposed on the inner surface of the depression.

  • Patent number: 10386552
Abstract: An optical element includes a base having a curved depression formed in a front surface thereof and a formed layer arranged on the base. The formed layer includes a main part in the depression as viewed from a depth direction of the depression and an overhang on the front surface of the base while connecting to the main part. An opposite surface of the main part to a surface thereof on a side of an inner surface of the depression is formed like a concave curve that is concave in a same direction as the inner surface of the depression. A predetermined surface of the main part that is opposed to the inner surface of the depression is provided with an optical function part.
