  • Patent number: 7252903
Abstract: The battery 2 of the battery pack is temporarily held in a mold 30 to form a molded resin region 1, synthetic resin injected into the mold cavity 31 to form the molded resin region 1 attaches to the battery 2, and the molded resin region 1 attaches to a safety valve opening surface 20 established at the battery safety valve opening region 9. Further, insulating material 15 is attached at the interface between the battery safety valve opening surface 20 and the molded resin region 1 in a position which closes off the safety valve opening region 9.

  • Publication number: 20030141841
Abstract: The tips of the lug portions of the board touches the bottom of the opening between the projecting portions and the step portions, when the upper mold and the lower mold are fit together with inserted. Thus the board is retained with positioning to the molds certainly. After molds are fit together with inserted as mentioned above, polyamide resin is injected into the molding space from a resin-material-injecting orifice provided on the upper mold.

  • Patent number: 4966480
Abstract: A washing liquid cartridge removably positionable in a writing instrument of the type having a removable ink container. The washing liquid container contains therein a washing liquid and has an engagement portion at one end removably engagable with an inner element of the writing instrument and an openable seal adjacent to the engagement portion. When the seal of the cartridge is opened and the cartridge is snugly fitted in position within the writing instrument in place of the ink container, the washing liquid in the cartridge flows and washes the ink passage within the writing instrument.

  • Patent number: 4958546
Abstract: A saw blade such as a bandsaw blade, circular saw blade, or backsaw blade has a pair of leading teeth which cut the workpiece and advance in a feed direction while the workpiece is being cut and a plurality of trailing teeth which cut the workpiece later than the leading teeth and serve to widen the leading cut channel. The leading teeth and the trailing teeth form one basic group in which the heights of the trailing teeth from a basic position on the saw blade are equal to or smaller than the height of the leading teeth. The trailing teeth are set in the right and left directions with respect to the saw blade and the leading teeth are slightly set with respect to the saw blade.

  • Patent number: 4813324
Abstract: A saw blade such as a bandsaw blade, circular saw blade, or hacksaw blade has a leading tooth or teeth which cuts the workpiece and advances in a feed direction while the workpiece is being cut and a plurality of trailing teeth which cut the workpiece later than the leading tooth or teeth and serve to widen the leading cut channel. The leading tooth and the trailing teeth form one group in which a plurality of the trailing teeth are lesser in height than the leading tooth and an additional plurality of the trailing tooth are equal in height to the leading tooth. The trailing teeth are set in the right and left directions with respect to the saw blade and the leading tooth is unset with respect to the saw blade. The lateral set of the plurality of trailing teeth having a lesser height is wider than the lateral set of the plurality of trailing teeth having the same height as the leading tooth. Embodiments are disclosed in which a second group of teeth alternate with the basic group of teeth on the saw blade.
