  • Patent number: 8550906
Abstract: The game machine and game program of the present invention display, at the start of a game, multiple static symbols by constantly changing to various types of symbols including the wild symbol. The game machine then executes a static display by displaying such changing symbols statically again in each display area and recognizes the arrangements of each static symbol. Then, the game machine visually displays the arrangement of the symbols by which multiple wins are established or the win line related to such arrangements of the symbols, when the pre-determined combinations of symbols, in which at least one wild symbol is included, are arranged so that multiple wins are established. The game machine and game program according to the present invention increases the player's interest and arouses the player's anticipation.

  • Publication number: 20130182836
Abstract: A secret sharing system according to the present invention includes N secret sharing apparatuses. The secret sharing system according to the present invention includes fragment replacement means and reshare means. The fragment replacement means selects a number, smaller than N, of secret sharing apparatuses, generates a bijection ? of {1, . . . , K}?{1, . . . , K}among the selected secret sharing apparatuses and designates a fragment a?(k)i recorded in a selected secret sharing apparatus as a k-th fragment (i represents an identification number that indicates a selected secret sharing apparatus). The reshare means performs reshare of fragments of a numeric value used as replacements by the fragment replacement means to determine new fragments.

  • Patent number: 8185006
Abstract: A magnetic material detecting device, in which a concentration of magnetic material can be correctly detected, even when the magnetic material with unevenness in its density distribution flows. A magnetic field generating device is arranged in a two-component developer composed of magnetic carrier and non-magnetic toner and generates a magnetic field. A signal output device is arranged in the developer and outputs a signal depending on a magnetic permeability of the developer due to the magnetic field generated by the magnetic field generating device. An agitating unit agitates the developer and makes the developer flow between the magnetic field generating device and the signal output device. A detecting unit detects a proportion of the toner in the developer based on a result of multiple times sampling of the signal outputted from the signal output device after the agitating unit starts to operate.

  • Publication number: 20120045234
Abstract: No registration pattern can be formed with a reference density due to environmental changes. In such a case, any registration cannot be formed until an image forming apparatus is controlled to be able to form a registration pattern with the reference density. To solve this problem, a CPU included in the image forming apparatus controls pattern forming conditions so that registration patterns of respective colors can match one another in density lower than the reference density. The CPU controls each image forming unit to form a registration pattern based on the controlled pattern forming conditions.

  • Patent number: 7813660
Abstract: An image forming apparatus forms a toner image onto sheets at the first feeding interval on a photoconductor or intermediate transfer member and, if the temperature of a fixing unit falls outside a set temperature range, the sheet layout is changed to a feeding interval wider than the first feeding interval. Adjustment processing is performed based on the image forming condition so that the feeding interval is changed to a wider one in the feeding interval changing step during image formation and it is determined in the determination step to perform adjustment processing, toner patch images are formed in an area where no toner image is formed on the photoconductor or intermediate transfer member . The adjustment processing is performed based on reading toner patch images.

  • Patent number: 7580980
Abstract: A recipient identifier and communication condition information stored in a recipient-identifier storing unit are encrypted by an identifier-for-disclosure creating unit of a recipient terminal to create an identifier-for-disclosure. An identifier-for-disclosure notifying unit notifies a sender terminal of the identifier-for-disclosure. When a communication request using the identifier-for-disclosure is sent from the recipient terminal, a restoring unit of a relay system extracts the communication condition information from the identifier-for-disclosure. Only when communication conditions included in the communication condition information are satisfied, communication between the recipient terminal and the sender terminal is established.
