Publication number: 20020089299Abstract: In a PWM motor driving device, the amount of electric power supplied to a motor is controlled by controlling the ON/OFT duty factor of output transistors connected between a power source and the motor. This motor driving device has phase detecting means for detecting, among a plurality of phases of the motor, the phase which is currently being driven by the output transistors, and saturation preventing means for performing control according to the voltage of the phase detected by the phase detecting means in such a way that the output transistors are not saturated. Patent number: 6111372Abstract: A sensorless motor driver receives the back electromotive forces appearing in the individual coils provided one for each phase in a brushless motor and the voltage at the node common to all of those coils, and produces square-wave signals including noise. These signals are then subjected to masking by a masking circuit in accordance with a noise masking signal produced by a masking signal producing circuit. In accordance with the thus masked signals, a driving current is supplied to the brushless motor. The driving current varies according to the load on the motor. The masking signal producing circuit monitors the driving current supplied to the motor, and outputs the masking signal in such a way that the length of the masking periods varies according to the driving current.Type: GrantFiled: February 16, 1999Date of Patent: August 29, 2000Assignee: Rohm Co., Ltd.Inventor: Kazuhiko Nishimura

Patent number: 5157235Abstract: A laser marking system of the present invention is provided with an irradiation position changing device on a laser beam path for changing the irradiation positions of the laser beam corresponding to each marking area when a marking area including a plurality of irradiation marking areas is formed by irradiating the workpiece with the pulse laser beam which has passed a pattern of a mask. The plurality of irradiation marking areas are successively irradiated with the pulse laser beam from an irradiation position to form a marking area. Since the marking area larger than each irradiation marking area can be obtained, the whole laser marking system can be made smaller in size without increasing the output power of the pulse laser generator.Type: GrantFiled: February 21, 1991Date of Patent: October 20, 1992Assignee: Hitachi, Ltd.Inventors: Kiyoshi Okumura, Kazuhiko Nishimura, Minoru Fujimoto, Hiroo Ohkawa, Kazuo Mera, Shigeo Shiono

Patent number: 4887647Abstract: In rubber hoses for conveying fuels, the inner tube rubber layer coming into contact with fuels generally comprises two sublayers, namely the inside fluororubber layer coming into direct contact with fuels and the outside layer of an NBR and the like. The fluororubber layer is undesirably subject to degradation due to amine type additives contained in fuels and is poor in adhesion to the outside layer. In accordance with the invention, the contents of vinylidene fluoride, one of the fluororubber constituents, is reduced to 10-50 mole percent and at the same time a monomer capable of causing crosslinking of the fluororubber in the presence of a peroxide is newly added as a component of the fluororubber composition in a specified amount. The results are prevention of the degradation due to amine type additives and improved adhesion to the outside layer.Type: GrantFiled: June 15, 1988Date of Patent: December 19, 1989Assignee: Tokai Rubber Industries, Ltd.Inventors: Ichiro Igarashi, Hiroaki Ito, Kazuhiko Nishimura
