  • Patent number: 7444829
Abstract: The peel off between an ice making plate and an insulating layer or between the insulating layer and heating means is prevented so that an ice making operation can be performed efficiently. Also, a metal plate is insulated from the heating means reliably. An evaporation pipe 14 and electric heaters H1 to HN are provided in an ice making member 11. A coolant is circulatingly supplied through the evaporation pipe 14 so as to cool the ice making member 11 and ice making water is supplied to the ice making member 11 so as to form an ice block M during the ice making operation. During the deicing operation, heat is generated in the heaters H1 to HN by applying current so that the ice block M is removed from the ice making member 11 by melting.

  • Publication number: 20080258803
Abstract: A pseudo differential circuit is a circuit system taking the advantages of both a CMOS circuit and a differential circuit. However, when process variability and the like are taken into account, a cross point of positive and negative outputs is not constant, thereby increasing a variation in duty of an output waveform. A semiconductor circuit according to the present invention includes: a first transistor being of a first conductivity type, coupled between a first power supply and an output terminal, and applied with an input signal; a second transistor being of a second conductivity type and coupled between a second power supply and the output terminal; a third transistor being of the second conductivity type and coupled between the first power supply and the output terminal; and a fourth transistor being of the first conductivity type and coupled between the second power supply and the output terminal.

  • Publication number: 20070269054
Abstract: A computer program product for causing a computer of an information processing device to execute processing for generating a sound that is generated by a mobile object with a plurality of tires, which moves on a predetermined surface within a virtual three-dimensional space, the computer being caused to execute the steps of: controlling the movement of the mobile object; calculating a load applied to at least one of the tires of the mobile object; controlling, on the basis of the load, a volume and a pitch of a squealing sound generated from the tires; and outputting the squealing sound. The computer is further caused to execute the steps of calculating a slip angle of at least one of the tires of the mobile object, and changing the tone of the squealing sound on the basis of the slip angle.

  • Publication number: 20050233103
Abstract: The present invention realizes forming of a hard coat having excellent leveling without lowering physical properties. An information signal portion is formed on a substrate. A light transmitting sheet is bonded to the substrate with a bonding layer disposed therebetween to form a light transmitting layer. There is obtained a composition for hard coat by adding a low molecular-weight reactive diluent to a solvent-type hard coat agent. The composition for hard coat is coated on the light transmitting layer uniformly by a spin coating method. The coated composition for hard coat is cured to be a hard coat.

  • Patent number: 6721551
Abstract: A reception carrier wave, a first transmission carrier wave, and a second transmission carrier wave are generated. The reception carrier wave is mixed with the reception wave to produce a reception signal. The frequency of the first transmission carrier wave is halved, and the first transmission carrier wave is mixed with a transmission signal to produce a modulated wave. The second transmission carrier wave is mixed with the modulated wave to produce a transmission wave. Since neither the frequency of the first transmission carrier wave nor the frequency of the second transmission carrier wave agrees with each of the frequency of the modulated wave and the frequency fTX, the degradation of the modulation precision on a transmission side can be prevented. Also, because the frequency of the first transmission carrier wave is halved, the interference of the first transmission carrier wave with the transmission signal band can be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20030073473
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to impose a penalty on a player, without causing a sudden deceleration, when a moving body moving on a course formed in a virtual space contacts a sidewall at the edge of the course. To achieve this object, assume that a vehicle running on a course formed in a virtual space has contacted a sidewall at point A which corresponds to the 0th frame. Whereupon, at point B which corresponds to the 1st frame, an amount, Rf, is subtracted from vehicle speed V, and from the 2nd frame until point C which corresponds to the 60tth frame, processing to subtract RSd from vehicle speed V is successively performed.
