  • Publication number: 20090033952
Abstract: An image plotting apparatus capable of minimizing displacement between each partial image plotted sequentially. While a table (14) with a work (12) placed thereon is moved relative to an image plotting means (30) such that an image plotting error arising from displacement of the table (14) when an image pattern is plotted by the image plotting means (30) on the work (12) placed on the table (14) is eliminated using image plotting position deviation information, obtained in advance, representing an image plotting position deviation, which indicates displacement of the table (14) with respect to the image plotting means (30) that occurs in the movement of the table (14), in association with each of the moving direction positions of the table (14), partial images, each corresponding to each moving direction position of the table (14) with respect to the image plotting means (30), are plotted on the work (12) placed on the table (14), thereby a predetermined image pattern is plotted on the work (12).

  • Publication number: 20080273189
Abstract: Highly accurate lithography is performed by maintaining planarity without generating a suction mark on a sheet body. Since a counterbore for storing the head of a screw member for fixing a suction plate on a supporting table communicates with the atmosphere through a long hole and communicating path, inside of the counterbore is never under a negative pressure at the time of sucking the sheet body through a hole section of the suction plate, and the substrate can be held by suction on the suction plate by highly accurately maintaining planarity.

  • Publication number: 20080187871
Abstract: A pattern forming apparatus as exposure apparatus includes first and second movable stages for respectively supporting first and second boards placed thereon, and for transporting each board back and forth on a transport path. A pattern forming unit with DMD and laser forms a pattern on the board according to pattern data while the board moves into and out of a pattern forming region. A controller controls the pattern forming unit, and in a first period, moves a first board in a first direction on the transport path among plural boards, to form the pattern, and in a second period, moves a second board in the first direction on the transport path among the plural boards, to form the pattern. The pattern forming unit is disposed in a middle of the transport path, and is passed by the movable stages, for pattern forming selectively on the first and second boards.

  • Patent number: 6490984
Abstract: Formation of dioxins in flue gases is inhibited by contacting the flue gas with at least one of sodium phosphite, calcium phosphate, sodium hypophosphite, and calcium as reducing agents preferably at a temperature in the range of from 150° C. to 850° C. Hydrogen chlorides are also rendered harmless by the contact with the reducing agent. • Patent number: 4474969
Abstract: Preparation process of indole from aniline and ethylene glycol. Upon preparing indole by reacting aniline and ethylene glycol in a gas phase and in the presence of a catalyst, ethylene glycol is charged in portions to a multiplicity of catalyst stages formed by dividing a catalyst bed and connected in series. This divided supply of ethylene glycol permits the suppresing of the decomposition of ethylene glycol, even if the molar ratio of feed aniline to total feed ethylene glycol is small. The above process permits making the yield of indole large and reducing the amount of unreacted aniline to be separated and recovered from the reaction effluent.
