  • Publication number: 20080089768
Abstract: A transfer unit 10 is structured including a supporting plate 11 having a supporting face 20A for a semiconductor wafer W, an arm plate 30 for supporting the supporting plate 11 and a parallelism adjuster 14 provided between the supporting plate and the arm plate 13. The supporting plate is arranged to be able to intake/discharge the air from the supporting face. Owing to the reaction when the supporting plate comes close to the semiconductor wafer W in the blowing state of the air, the supporting plate is maintained to be parallel with respect to the wafer. After coming close to the wafer in the state that the parallelism is maintained, the wafer is sucked and transferred.

  • Patent number: 7347963
Abstract: At least a winding of a stator stack 2 is molded by injecting a fused resin molding material into a space formed between a top mold and a bottom mold member. When the stator stack 2 of the resolver, which is annular and includes a coiled winding 7, is sandwiched between the top mold member 10 and bottom mold member 20, a movable disc 12 is urged by a spring device 13, into close engagement with the bottom mold member 20. While the movable disc 12 is closely engaged with the bottom mold member 20, the stack 2 of the resolver is sandwiched between the bottom mold member 20 and the top mold member 10. This method prevents the generation of gaps between the stator stack 2 and mold 10, 20 due to unevenness of the thickness in the stator stack 2.

  • Publication number: 20040253465
Abstract: A corrosion prevention method includes coating a lamination of layered steel parts. The lamination is vacuum-impregnated with an acrylic resin having a high permeability. The acrylic resin fills the gaps between the steel layers of the lamination and is cured. Then, an insulation coating is applied using anion electrodeposition. The gaps and edges of the steel parts are protected by the highly corrosion-resistant resin. Consequently, the lamination is highly corrosion-resistant.

  • Patent number: 6780493
Abstract: In a wiring board, predetermined wiring patterns which are formed on both sides of an insulation substrate are electrically connected by an electrically conductive material provided in through holes formed through the insulation substrate. The insulation substrate is composed of a resin impregnated fibrous sheet and a heat resistant film. The present invention solves the problems of the wiring board which are caused by irregularities on the surface of the resin impregnated fibrous sheet. The problems include insufficient adhesion strength between the wiring pattern and the insulation substrate or the limitation of fineness of the wiring pattern due to the irregularities on the surface of the printed wiring board which are formed upon the thermocompression bonding process.

  • Patent number: 6626061
Abstract: An accelerator pedal device includes a pedal arm, a liner, a hysteresis lever, and a spring. The pedal arm is pivotally supported on a housing and tilted by accelerator manipulation. The liner is formed on the pedal arm in the vicinity of a pivoting point of the pedal arm. The resilient hysteresis lever is engaged with the housing to cross the pedal arm. The hysteresis lever includes a sliding portion sliding on the liner. The spring is interposed between a pedal arm side opposite to a point of force to which an accelerator manipulation force is applied of the pivoting point regarding the pedal arm and a side of the hysteresis lever opposite to a portion engaged with the housing regarding the sliding portion. The spring elongates and contracts in response to tilting of the pedal arm to generate a reaction force and a hysteresis load.

  • Patent number: 6563429
Abstract: A weight detector for detecting the weight of a passenger seated on a vehicle seat includes a first load sensor and a second load sensor provided on opposite sides of a rear portion of the vehicle seat. Each of the first and second load sensors has a predetermined detection range. The weight detector further includes a third load sensor and a fourth load sensor provided on opposite sides of a front portion of the vehicle seat. Each of the third and fourth load sensors has a predetermined detection range. If a detection value based on a load acquired by one of the first through fourth load sensors exceeds its detection range, the weight detector uses an old value that was determined under proper condition. Otherwise, the weight detector determines the size of the passenger based on the currently detected values.
