  • Publication number: 20070077887
Abstract: An engine processor program, stored in a non-volatile storage region 37 of a storage section 35 connected to a host processor 31 of a host section 30, for execution in an engine processor 41 of an engine section 40, is transmitted from the host section 30 to the engine section 40. The engine processor program received by the engine section 40 is stored in a volatile storage section 42 connected to an engine processor 51. Then, the host section 30 notifies an execution instruction for a specified program, among the engine processor programs stored in the storage section 42, to the engine section 40 and causes execution on the engine processor 41. As a result, even in a structure provided, the engine section 40 does not need a large capacity non-volatile storage region, thereby configuring a compact mobile communication terminal.

  • Publication number: 20070033309
Abstract: In a structure comprising host section performs a processing associated with a communication with an outside, and an engine section executes a predetermined function under a management of the host section, a mobile communication terminal is built compactly, performing a convenient key input data processing for a user. When key input data is notified to a host section 30 from an operating section 21 by the user, the host section judges whether or not the key input data is input by operating a host-specific key is made. If the result is affirmative, the host section 30 judges whether or not the engine section 40 is in an engine mode to be notified of the key input data, estimating the engine mode is continued. Further, if the result is affirmative, the host section 30 notifies the key input data of the engine section 40.

  • Publication number: 20060289860
Abstract: To provide a semiconductor layer in which a GaN system epitaxial layer having high crystal quality can be obtained. The semiconductor layer includes a ?-Ga2O3 substrate 1 made of a ?-Ga2O3 single crystal, a GaN layer 2 formed by subjecting a surface of the ?-Ga2O3 substrate 1 to nitriding processing, and a GaN growth layer 3 formed on the GaN layer 2 through epitaxial growth by utilizing an MOCVD method. Since lattice constants of the GaN layer 2 and the GaN growth layer 3 match each other, and the GaN growth layer 3 grows so as to succeed to high crystalline of the GaN layer 2, the GaN growth layer 3 having high crystalline is obtained.

  • Publication number: 20060282190
Abstract: The invention proposes a system that interrupts a processing associated with an ADC having low priority when an ADC processing cannot catch up with ADR by an ADC alone that is not under execution but uses an ADC for an ADR having high priority. To preferentially execute ADR/ADC having high priority, the invention employs an algorithm for serially selecting ADR/ADC in the order of higher processing capacity (in the order of greater numerical values in the expression by a DPH unit) from among ADR/ADCs that have the lowest priority, no matter whether the ADR/DC is now under execution or not.

  • Publication number: 20060243905
Abstract: A method which, while displacing the field-of-view, allows the image in a target area to be acquired without degradations such as out-of-focus of the image. Plural pieces of images are acquired before and after a target area while displacing the field-of-view. Next, these images are grouped into groups each of which includes several pieces of images, and integrated images on each group basis are created. Moreover, a relational expression is calculated which holds between image displacement quantity calculated by comparing the integrated images with each other and the number of the photographed pieces of images. Furthermore, image displacement quantities between the acquired plural pieces of images are calculated from this relational expression. Finally, these images are corrected by the amounts of these displacement quantities, then being integrated. This process allows reconfiguration of the image in the target area.

  • Publication number: 20060215678
Abstract: A communication data controller is provided which is capable of correctly retransmitting transmission data even if a block of the transmission data exceeding a FIFO (First-In First-Out) memory is written in an overwriting manner to the FIFO memory. The memory stores transmission data to be transmitted to a communication device. Transmission data stored in the memory is written and read to and from the FIFO memory by a CPU (Central Processing Unit). A DMAC (Direct Memory Access Controller) driver, when a request for retransmission of a block is made in the case where the block of transmission data exceeding a capacity of the FIFO memory is written to the FIFO memory, drives the DMAC and transfers the block being stored in the memory to the communication data controller.

  • Publication number: 20060104500
Abstract: Absolute coordinates designate position coordinates of a defect of a calibrating substrate, and inspection coordinates designate position coordinates of the defect of the calibrating substrate detected by an inspection apparatus. A deviation of the inspection coordinates with respect to the absolute coordinates is an error included in the inspection coordinates. When “nonrandom errors” are removed from the inspection coordinates, a “random error” is left in the inspection coordinates. The view size for defect search in a defect reviewing apparatus is set based on the random error. Further, a defect for fine alignment is selected based on the tendency of a detected value of the defect size of the calibrating substrate detected by the inspection apparatus.

  • Patent number: 7023150
Abstract: A hybrid drive apparatus includes an engine, a first electric motor for generating electric power by using at least a portion of its output and for controlling the speed of the engine and a control unit for controlling the engine and the first electric motor. The control unit performs a prepositioning control for positioning the engine being fuel-cut to a predetermined cranking start position such as a constant crank angle position or a constant cranking load position by the motoring of the first electric motor. As a result, the engine can always be started under identical conditions, and the torque vibrations to be outputted to a wheel have identical waveforms so that a simple torque correction can be made by outputting corresponding waveform data.

  • Patent number: 7010400
Abstract: An apparatus and a method to stably run an electrically operated vehicle is disclosed. The invention has an electric generator target torque calculation processor, a first determination processor for calculating an inertia correction determining value, a second determination processor for calculating an integral term correction determining value, a determining mode switching condition judgment processor, and a drive motor target torque calculation processor. When a determining mode switching condition exists, the drive motor target torque calculation processor switches between a first determining mode for calculating drive motor target torque, and a second determining mode for calculating the drive motor target torque. When the determining mode switching condition exists, the first determining mode and the second determining mode are switched so that the drive motor target torque is calculated on the basis of the integral term correction determining value.
