  • Patent number: 8901436
Abstract: The wall-mount remote controller includes a base fixable to a wall W and a cover releasably attached to the base, having a box shape with an open rear, and covering a front surface of the base. The cover includes a bottom surface having an insertion opening therethrough. In a lower front of the base, a spring hook is disposed. The spring hook includes a support extending frontward from the front surface of the base and a hook section extending downward from an end of the support and then extending rearward. A hook protrusion is disposed on a lower surface of an extending rear portion of the hook section. The hook protrusion is engageable with the insertion opening of the cover. The hook protrusion is disengageable from the insertion opening by upward bending of the hook section caused by pressing of the hook protrusion by the tool inserted through the insertion opening.

  • Patent number: 8870498
Abstract: A ball end mill in which a ball end cutting edge (3) has a convex shape in a tool rotation direction with respect to a line connecting a rotation center (O) and a radially outer end (3o) of the ball end cutting edge (3), in a front view of the tool. In the ball end mill, a rake angle (?) of each portion of the ball end cutting edge (3) is set in a range from ?10° to 0°, and the negative value of the rake angle (?) is increased from a tip of the ball end cutting edge (3) and a radially outer end (3o) of the ball end cutting edge (3) toward a middle point in the radial direction, and is maximized at approximately the middle point in the radial direction.

  • Patent number: 8735905
Abstract: Provided is a method for producing inexpensive and high-quality aluminum nitride crystals. Gas containing N atoms is introduced into a melt of a Ga—Al alloy, whereby aluminum nitride crystals are made to epitaxially grow on a seed crystal substrate in the melt of the Ga—Al alloy. A growth temperature of aluminum nitride crystals is set at not less than 1000 degrees C. and not more than 1500 degrees C., thereby allowing GaN to be decomposed into Ga metal and nitrogen gas.

  • Publication number: 20140056658
Abstract: A cutting head having a tapered shaft portion, a helical flute, and a flat shoulder surface is fastened to a shank having a front end surface, a tapered hole, and a helical flute through a fastening attachment in the form of a helical coil. The fastening attachment has a sectional shape substantially analogous in shape to a space defined between the helical flutes. The fastening attachment is fitted in one of the helical flutes, and is threaded into the other of the helical flutes until the shoulder surface is brought into close contact with the front end surface of the shank, and the outer peripheral surface of the tapered shaft portion is brought into close contact with the inner surface of the tapered hole, thus fastening the cutting head to the shank.
