  • Patent number: 5973432
Abstract: After a coil 24 is wound through an open slot 26 which forms a sufficient space for the winding operation of an armature core 10, a magnetic member 34 is inserted and mounted into the open slot 26 and is then engaged with and fixed to the umbrella portions 20 of the armature core 10. A gap 36 formed in the central portion of the open slot 26 operates to narrow a gap between the magnetic poles of mutually adjoining salient poles 16, which reduces not only the generation of cogging phenomena and vibrations but also variations in quality between products, that is, the armature cores 10 produced.

  • Patent number: 5886446
Abstract: In the stage of winding a drive coil (17) on salient poles (114) in the assembling of a motor (1), the opening width of an armature core (11) is wide enough to allow easy and proper winding of the drive coil (17). After the winding of the drive coil (17), opening-width adjusting members (50A) are put within open slots (100), to thereby reduce the opening width of the armature core (11) at the flux gathering parts (54A) and (55A) of the opening-width adjusting member (50A). The opening-width adjusting member (50A) is positioned and fixed, by its elasticity, within each open slot.

  • Patent number: 5500997
Abstract: A work mounting apparatus has a head drum rotated in one direction, work heads arranged on the outer periphery of the drum, each work head including a suction nozzle projecting from the work head toward a circular travel path, for moving along the travel path while keeping a fixed orientation and repeating a cycloidal motion during rotation of the head drum, a work feeder arranged on the travel path, and a movable table arranged on the travel path at a distance from the work feeder, for receiving thereon a printed board, wherein the suction nozzle of each work head sucks up a work from the work feeder and releases the sucked work at a desired release position on the travel path. The movable table is moved along a line intersecting the travel path, whereby a target point on the printed board, at which the work is to be mounted, is brought to the release position on the travel path, in cooperation with cycle control of the cycloidal motion of the work head.

  • Patent number: 4482920
Abstract: A protective apparatus for a pick-up tube of a television camera includes a photo-electric conversion element for detecting the intensity or amount of light incident on the pick-up tube. A shutter or reflector is disposed in the optical or light path from the outside of a housing for the pick-up tube to its target screen and is rotated by a drive device to be capable of preventing an external light from being incident on the target screen of the pick-up tube when the intensity of the external light detected by the photo-electric conversion element exceeds a predetermined value. A control circuit is provided which will operate the drive device to rotate the shutter or reflector to such a state where the external light is prevented from being incident on the target screen of the pick-up tube when the intensity of the external light detected by the photo-electric conversion element exceeds the predetermined value.
