  • Publication number: 20150078713
Abstract: An optical receptacle has a configuration wherein light of a light-emitting element is separated into a coupling light and a monitor light by a coupling lens face portion and a monitor lens face portion of a first lens face. The coupling light is reflected by a first reflective surface and then emitted towards an optical transmission body from a coupling light emission surface. The monitor light is reflected by a second reflective surface and then emitted towards a light-receiving surface from a monitor light emission surface.

  • Publication number: 20150036985
Abstract: In an exemplary configuration, a lens array and a light module using the same include a first lens surface 11 and a second lens surface 12 formed into surface shapes such that by expanding the luminous flux diameter of light as the light travels from the first lens surface 11 toward the second lens surface 12, a light spot on the second lens surface 12 is larger in diameter than a light spot on the first lens surface 11, whereby the effects on optical performance by foreign objects and scratches on the lens surface can be mitigated, the criteria for the outward appearance of the lens surface can therefore be mitigated and the yield rate improved, and costs can be reduced.

  • Publication number: 20140154958
Abstract: The wafer polishing apparatus comprises a polishing plate, a polishing head capable of holding a wafer, and a slurry supplying section. The polishing plate includes: a plurality of concentric polishing zones, each of which has a prescribed width for polishing the wafer and on each of which a polishing cloth is adhered; and a groove for discharging slurry being formed between the polishing zones. A head cleaning section, which cleans the polishing head, or a wafer cleaning section, which cleans the polished wafer, is provided to a center part of the polishing plate and located on the inner side of the innermost polishing zone.

  • Publication number: 20140086536
Abstract: An optical fiber attaching section, a photoelectric conversion device attaching section, and a lens are integrally formed by a light-transmitting resin material. The optical fiber attaching section is formed concentrically with an optical axis OA of the lens. A contact surface for the photoelectric conversion device in the photoelectric conversion device attaching section is formed having a tilt in relation to a plane that is perpendicular to the optical axis OA. As the photoelectric conversion device, a photoelectric conversion device is attached in which a contact surface for the photoelectric conversion device attaching section is formed in parallel with a light-receiving surface of a light-receiving element.

  • Publication number: 20130242401
Abstract: As a result of a fourth surface being a surface on a gate side, a merging position of a molten resin material during molding of a lens array main body is placed away from formation positions of lens faces, and as a result of the three dimensional shape of a third recessing section, during molding of the lens array main body, the flow of molten resin material from a surface side that opposes the fourth surface into a flow path corresponding with an area between a first recessing section and a second recessing section can be suppressed.

  • Publication number: 20110053474
Abstract: The polishing apparatus is capable of improving accuracy of polishing a work. The work is pressed onto a polishing cloth, with an elastic sheet, by a pressing force generated by second pressing means and applied to a carrier and inner pressure of a first fluid chamber generated by a fluid supplied thereto, so as to polish the work. The fluid, which has been downwardly supplied into the first fluid chamber, horizontally flows outward in the first fluid chamber, collides with a side wall of a concave part of a board-shaped member and flows upward, and then the fluid is discharged outside from a fluid outlet, thereby a fluid feeding member follows movement of the elastic sheet and maintains parallel to the elastic sheet, and the fluid feeding member is centered in the first fluid chamber.
