    Abstract: A rational construction technique of the lacrimal sac incision knife is disclosed. A Lacrimal sac incision knife is insertable into a nasal cavity of a patient, the lacrimal sac incision knife incising the lacrimal sac located in the back of the nasal cavity. A stabbing blade defines a lacrimal sac stabbing portion. A first side blade defines a first lacrimal sac incision portion and a second side blade defines a second lacrimal sac incision portion. A blade portion has a length size of approximately from 4.0 mm to 7.0 mm in a longitudinal direction, and a maximum width size of approximately from 1.4 mm to 2.0 mm in a width direction. The stabbing blade has a blade length size of approximately 1.2 mm in the longitudinal direction, and a maximum width size of approximately from 1.2 mm to 1.5 mm in the width direction. The first side blade and the second side blade respectively have a blade length size of approximately 3.0 mm to 5.0 mm in the longitudinal direction.

    Abstract: A trocar has an insertion tube. A tube outlet of the insertion tube communicates with a collar of the insertion tube. An incision blade is provided to the tube outlet. The tube outlet opens toward the incision blade. The incision blade can thereby be inserted into an eyeball to form an incision, and the insertion tube can be inserted in the eyeball through the incision while the incision blade remains in the eyeball. Two lateral blade edges extend from a distal blade edge in the incision blade. The blade edges have outermost blade edges located in an outer region, which is a boundary surface, which includes the inner circumferential surface of the tube outlet. Therefore, the width dimension of the incision blade can be set greater than the inner diameter of the insertion tube.

Two blade surfaces in the width direction of a back-face portion of the blade portion are formed to gradually increase a distance between opposite side and cutting edge from one of the distal end and the proximal end to the other. The two blade surfaces in the width direction of a front-face portion of the blade portion are formed such that the distance between the opposite side and the cutting edge becomes equal in a zone corresponding to a distal end of the cutting edge and a zone corresponding to a proximal end of the cutting edge, over the entire cutting edge from the distal end to the proximal end of the cutting edge.
