Patent number: 7124200Abstract: Disclosed is a routing apparatus for obtaining routing data conforming to a destination address of a packet that arrives from a line, adding the routing data onto the packet, and switching the packet based upon the routing data to send the packet to a prescribed line. The routing apparatus has a main controller equipped with content addressable memories (CAMs) corresponding to respective ones of line speed. When search key data with an attached line identifier is received from a line card, routing data is generated by the content addressable memory (CAM) corresponding to the line speed and the routing data is sent to the line card. The line card adds routing data of which it has been notified by the main controller onto a packet and then outputs the packet. A switch to which a packet having attached routing data is input from a prescribed line card switches the packet based upon the routing data and sends the packet to another line card.Type: GrantFiled: January 23, 2001Date of Patent: October 17, 2006Assignee: Fujitsu LimitedInventors: Kazuyuki Sato, Takuya Terasawa

Publication number: 20060217129Abstract: A mobile communication device capable of issuing a report as quickly as possible to a report destination of which telephone number or electronic mail address varies depending on the current position is provided. When identification information of the report destination is inputted, the identification information is converted to a communication address such as a telephone number or electronic mail address for the report destination corresponding with the current position of the mobile communication device such as a cellular phone by means of pattern matching and call request or transmission processing is performed. In the case of a mobile communication device with a high processing performance, the current position is located by activating the GPS prior to receiving a position communication request from the report destination, and the current position is communicated on the basis of the position communication request.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 27, 2005Publication date: September 28, 2006Applicant: FUJITSU LIMITEDInventors: Hiroyuki Katsumata, Hayato Sasaki, Kazuyuki Sato
