  • Patent number: 9443791
Abstract: A method of forming semiconductor devices on a leadframe structure. The leadframe structure comprising an array of leadframe sub-structures each having a semiconductor die arranged thereon. The method comprises; providing electrical connections between terminals of said lead frame sub-structures and said leadframe structure; encapsulating said leadframe structure, said electrical connections and said terminals in an encapsulation layer; performing a first series of parallel cuts extending through the leadframe structure and the encapsulation layer to expose a side portion of said terminals; electro-plating said terminals to form metal side pads; and performing a second series of parallel cuts angled with respect to the first series of parallel cuts, the second series of cuts extending through the lead frame structure and the encapsulation layer to singulate a semiconductor device from the leadframe structure.

  • Patent number: 9230034
Abstract: A method for related page identification based on page hierarchy and subject hierarchy includes receiving, by a computer, an identification of a current page from a user, the current page being located in a first page hierarchy; identifying a subject tag in the current page; locating the identified subject tag in a subject hierarchy; identifying a related page that is related to the current page based on the subject hierarchy, the related page being located in a second page hierarchy; determining a scope of the related page with respect to the current page based on the first page hierarchy and the second page hierarchy by the computer; navigating the second page hierarchy to determine a suggested page for the user, the suggested page having a desired scope with respect to the current page; and suggesting the suggested page to the user.

  • Patent number: 8230265
Abstract: Software in an electronic device can be tested using a combination of random testing and deterministic testing. In various embodiments, deterministic tests can run for a prescribed duration and/or a prescribed number of iterations before and/or after random testing. Test results can be weighted using a metric representing an amount of code that was stressed during testing. This metric can be determined by tracking software code that is loaded into memory during testing.

  • Publication number: 20050171692
Abstract: A resource management system for tracking the real-time location and status of a plurality of trucks during interaction with a plurality of batch plants and a plurality of jobsites to provide a system for managing the trucks and drivers; providing customer efficiency; and providing dispatch accountability. Vehicle-mounted sensors automatically communicate delivery status information via a wireless network, all without requiring driver intervention. The on-board personal computer (PC) or Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) displays GPS maps, relays driver messages and stores performance data. The status and performance data can be reviewed in real time to allow the dispatcher to efficiently manage the truck fleet with regard to the jobsite demands and the capabilities of the available batch plants. Alternatively, the status and performance data can be reviewed at a later time to analyze and improve resource allocation.
