    Abstract: A frequency-modulated system includes a signal generation module providing a first laser signal, a second laser signal, a third laser signal and a fourth laser signal with different frequencies to form an input laser signal in a first polarization state; the silicon optical chip divides an input laser signal into a detection signal and a local oscillator signal, receives a reflection signal component in a second polarization state as an echo signal, converts the reflection signal component into a first polarization state, and mixes the reflection signal component with the local oscillator signal; and the signal processing module performs decoupling according to the beat frequency signal to obtain distance information and instantaneous speed information of the target object. According to the disclosure, the dot frequency is improved, and smaller detection resolution is realized point frequencies in each frame and detection resolution are improved.

A control means successively applies each of a series of pulses of a program voltage to selected ones of the word lines while simultaneously applying one of a bit line program voltage and a bit line inhibit voltage to ones of the bit lines coupled to the memory holes containing groups of the memory cells connected to the selected ones of the plurality of word lines to program the groups of the memory cells with data. The control means maintains a voltage applied to ones of the plurality of bit lines as the bit line inhibit voltage in response to the ones of the plurality of bit lines remaining unselected when programming a next one of the groups of the memory cells.

    Abstract: A method and system for detecting dirt on an electrode of an electromagnetic flowmeter are provided. The method includes: under three different conditions acquiring resistance values between the electrode and ground to form a first dataset, second datasets, and a sample set to be tested; extracting a positive definite feature matrix corresponding to each sample batch and calculating a Riemann center thereof; calculating a similarity index between the sample feature matrix and each of the first feature matrices and second feature matrices; extracting/feature matrices with a largest similarity index, and calculating a local Riemann center thereof; and calculating proximity between the local Riemann center and each of the second Riemann centers, and determining that a Riemann center with the greatest proximity corresponds to dirt on the electrode corresponding to the sample set to be tested. The method can achieve online rapid detection of dirt on the electrode.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a preparation method and application of 2-phenylindole derivatives. Palladium acetate and copper acetate are added into a glacial acetic acid solution of an indole derivative (formula I) and an arylphenylboronic acid derivative (formula II), stirred at room temperature, and purified to obtain a 2-phenylindole derivative (formula III). The present invention provides a method for direct one-step synthesis of 2-arylindole compounds from indole derivatives and arylphenylboronic acid derivatives as raw materials. The present invention replaces oxygen with air to participate in an oxidation system, expands substituents of indole ring R1, adds substitution of 5-bit, 6-bit and 7-bit electron withdrawing groups and electron donating groups, further expands the range of substrates, and increases the yield of substitution on indole ring R1 by about 13%, wherein 2-methyl and 3-methoxy substituted by R2 and 6-chlorine substituted by R1 have good antifungal activity.

    Abstract: A method of optimizing resource allocation based on adaptive multi-faceted cutting of a power dispatching model is provided. The method includes constructing and analyzing a two-stage distributed robust model by using acquired operation state information of a power system and identifying therefrom a second-stage infinite-dimensional decision variable. A model is reconstructed by dimensionality reduction and a dispatching model is solved to obtain a dispatching strategy scheme for realizing optimal resource allocation. The two-stage distributed robust dispatching model is transformed into a finite-dimensional problem, so that rapid solution is realized. By improving the solving efficiency and the accuracy of the power dispatching model, the working efficiency of the power system is obviously improved.
