    Abstract: Provided are a security defense method and apparatus applied to a network security defense system. The method includes: using memoryless technology in a cyberspace information system, where the memoryless technology includes technology which is not affected by generalized disturbance; eliminating a memory of the cyberspace information system on an effect of random disturbance by using a redundancy and replacement mechanism; and eliminating a memory of the cyberspace information system on an effect of non-random disturbance by eliminating a memory of a program running in the cyberspace information system and/or data in the cyberspace information system. The present solution can block a memory of the cyberspace information system on an error caused by the generalized disturbance including the non-random disturbance and the random disturbance, thereby improving security of the cyberspace information system.

The voice awakening method includes: collecting a voice signal by using a microphone array (S201); separately performing denoising processing on the voice signal by using N beamforming denoising algorithms to obtain N denoising signals, where each beamforming denoising algorithm corresponds to one of N areas, different beamforming denoising algorithms correspond to different areas, a union set of the N areas covers a signal collection area of the microphone array, and N is a positive integer greater than 1 (S202); and performing voice awakening by using an awakening engine based on at least one of the N denoising signals (S203). The method can maximize denoising performance of the denoising algorithms and can cancel an echo outside a beam to enhance echo cancellation performance, featuring a relatively high awakening rate and recognition rate. In addition, the method is easy to implement and popularize.

    Abstract: Apparatuses and techniques are described for detecting and isolating defective blocks of memory cells in a multi-plane operation such as program or erase. In one aspect, a program operation begins in a multi-plane mode, for one block in each plane. If fewer than all blocks complete programming by the time a trigger number of program loops have been performed, one or more unpassed blocks are programmed further, one at a time, in a single plane mode. If the one or more unpassed blocks do not complete programming when a maximum allowable number of program loops have been performed, they are marked as bad blocks and disabled from further operations. In another aspect, when a trigger number of program loops have been performed, one or more unpassed blocks are subject to a word line leakage detection operation.

The method may also include calcining the intermediate hierarchical mesoporous beta zeolite.
