    Abstract: A battery self-heating device includes a battery self-heating circuit and a controller. The battery self-heating circuit includes a first battery group, a second battery group, a bridge arm, and a winding corresponding to the bridge arm. A negative electrode of the first battery group and a positive electrode of the second battery group are connected to each other, and are connected to an output end of the winding. An input end of the winding is connected to a midpoint of the bridge arm. A positive electrode of the first battery group is connected to a first bus end of the bridge arm. A negative electrode of the second battery group is connected to a second bus end of the bridge arm. The controller is configured to adjust the duty ratio of the bridge arm according to a target duty ratio range.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a device that decouples switching speed and gate delay time using an improved voltage-source gate driver. A shunt capacitor and a shunt resistor are connected in series to parallel across gate resistors of a voltage-source gate driver. The shunt capacitor and shunt resistor allow the gate delay and switching speed effect of the gate resistors to be decoupled. The shunt capacitor provides an initial high charge voltage and discharge gate current to reduce gate delay time. The shunt resistor modifies the effective gate resistance, which affects the gate current and the resulting switching speed. Shunt capacitor and shunt resistor values are determined to achieve the desired switching speed control with minimum gate delay time. When multiple power devices are paralleled, a common gate resistor, a shunt resistor and a capacitor combination is used. Each power device is also provided a respective split-gate resistor.

    Abstract: A method and system are provided for anomaly detection in energy systems. Non-contact sensing of an energy system based on electric and magnetic fields uses non-contact electric- and magnetic-field sensors to produce electric- and magnetic-field signals. The electric and magnetic field signals are filtered to remove noise. Features are extracted and normalized from the magnetic and electric field signals to characterize parameters of each signal. Density-based spatial clustering of extracted features is performed using a selected minimum number of points required to form a cluster and a parameter indicating the distance within which data are considered to fall within the cluster. An anomaly is determined from data point(s) that do not fall within the cluster formed by data points in normal operation. The density-based spatial clustering of extracted features may be performed using a Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Application with Noise (DBSCAN) algorithm. Features may be extracted using Fourier analysis.

The piston assembly performs axial reciprocating linear motion under the constraint of the cylinder assembly and the guide rail assembly, and the volumes of the left and right closed cavities change continuously.
