    Abstract: A vehicle driving assistance device includes: a control unit configured to identify a point at which a vehicle speed is likely to increase, based on vehicle information collected from a plurality of vehicles, the vehicle information including position information for each of the vehicles and situation information for each of the plurality of vehicles. The control unit is configured to decide whether there is a vehicle deceleration factor due to which the vehicle speed decreases within an area in which a vehicle travels a prescribed distance from the point identified by the control unit. The control unit is configured to alert a driver that there is the vehicle deceleration factor, when there is the vehicle deceleration factor.

    Abstract: A hand-held tool, such as a disc grinder, is used to perform work at a high work site, a countermeasure is taken to prevent the hand-held tool from falling by using a suspension tool, such as a tether strap. If a coupling part that couples the suspension tool to the hand-held tool is damaged, this fact is notified to a user. Thereby, an original function of the suspension tool can be reliably performed. If a large impact is applied to a coupling member via a suspension tool, the coupling member is displaced to a second position, due to the deformation of a first position retaining member. A conductive portion disengages from contacts to cause a power circuit to be shut off, thereby prohibiting a main body part from being activated.

This capacitive sensor includes a sensor body comprising sheet-like dielectric layer, a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer. The first and the second electrode layers are formed on a top surface and a bottom surface of the dielectric layer respectively, and are at least partially opposed to each other across the dielectric layer. The partially opposed portions of the electrode layers constitute a detection portion. The sensor body is reversibly deformable to change areas of the top and bottom surfaces of the dielectric layer.
