  • Publication number: 20150197619
Abstract: A fluororubber composition comprising 1 to 100 parts by weight of a needle-like filler or fibrous filler having an average particle diameter of 5 ?m or less, an average particle length of 40 to 60 ?m, and an aspect ratio of 10 to 12, based on 100 parts by weight of fluororubber. A fluororubber vulcanization-molded product obtained from the fluororubber composition has resistance against deformation due to the shape effect of the filler, and thereby can suppress the deformation of the oil seal sliding surface towards the sliding direction. More specifically, the fluororubber vulcanization-molded product can achieve less friction, while maintaining sealing properties by increasing the amount of oil pumping, from the initial use of an oil seal to after the abrasion of the oil seal.
