  • Publication number: 20070276549
Abstract: In a driving force control apparatus of a vehicle of the present invention, a calculation portion of a meter_ECU outputs a mode selected by a mode selection switch or a temporary switch to a calculation portion as a request mode and has a multi-information display 12 display the mode selected by a driver. A calculation portion of an E/G_ECU outputs the request mode to a throttle control calculation portion and a transmission control calculation portion as a control mode for throttle opening-degree control and transmission control of a transmission with a driving force characteristic of the corresponding mode. A control mode arbitration calculation portion forcedly switches the control mode to a normal mode during warming-up driving or when a shift select lever is set to an R range. At this time, display of the request mode is not switched but the mode selected by the driver is displayed.

  • Publication number: 20070271026
Abstract: An engine control apparatus of the present invention sets a target torque ?e, when the save mode m2 is set as an engine mode, according to the formula: ?e?TRQ2*RATIO1+TRQ3*(1?RATIO1) Basic target torque TRQ2 and TRQ3 are set based on the engine speed Ne and the throttle opening-degree ?acc and with reference to the normal mode map Mp1 and the power mode map Mp3 respectively. The correction factor RATIO1 is an addition rate which is set based on an accelerator opening-degree ?acc and a vehicle speed V and with reference to a correction factor map Mr1. The correction factor map Mr1 stores a correction factor RATIO1 near 0 (although 1>RATIO1>0) when the vehicle speed V is low and the accelerator opening-degree ?acc is high.

  • Publication number: 20070247291
Abstract: The present invention provides a vehicle display device which can display fuel consumption information of a vehicle in a useful and optimum mode for a driver. A meter_EUC calculates an instantaneous fuel consumption of a vehicle based on a mileage and a fuel injection quantity within a set time, calculates an average fuel consumption of the vehicle based on respective cumulative values of the mileage and the fuel injection quantity repeatedly calculated for every set time, and displays the deviation of the instantaneous fuel consumption with respect to the average fuel consumption as fuel consumption information on a fuel consumption meter. The display on the fuel consumption meter is performed by swinging a pointer with respect to a neutral position.

  • Publication number: 20070247975
Abstract: The present invention provides a vehicle display device which allows a driver to instantaneously grasp driving force information. A meter_ECU displays a driving force display image which displays driving force information of a vehicle on an MID, displays an acceleration-torque line (driving force characteristic line) L corresponding to the currently selected mode M and, at the same time, changes a power level which is indicated in a power display region P set within the acceleration-torque line L interlockingly with an accelerator operation of a driver. Due to such a constitution, the vehicle display device allows the driver to instantaneously grasp the driving force information.

  • Patent number: 5677392
Abstract: There is provided a direct method for producing a reinforced composite resin material by polymerizing a specific copolyester having high heat resistance and a reinforcing effect in the presence of a molten preformed thermoplastic polymer. In the production of the reinforced composite resin material, a fibrillar copolyester is produced by the polymerization of specific hydroxy aromatic carboxylic acid monomers and is generated within a molten preformed thermoplastic polymer while undergoing a shearing stress. Such shearing stress causes the formation of the requisite fibrous reinforcement preferably having an aspect ratio of at least 3 within the preformed thermoplastic polymer. Such hydroxy aromatic carboxylic acid monomers preferably have acetylated hydroxyl groups when copolymerized. Additionally, substituents other than hydrogen atoms optionally may be present on the rings of the aromatic monomers at the time of the copolymerization to form the fibrillar copolyester.
