By the piezoelectric element being disposed in the predetermined region of the panel, the center of the piezoelectric element is located within a range of 40% to 60% of the distance from one edge to the other edge of the panel in a first direction and within a range of 40% to 60% of the distance from one edge to the other edge of the panel in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.
