  • Patent number: 7753712
Abstract: The invention provides a connector plug in which a necessary and sufficient engaging force of a latch can be ensured irrespective of the thickness of a metal case. The connector plug of the invention has: a synthetic-resin made body (10) having a fitting portion (11) to which a counter connector socket is to be fitted, and which is projected from one end side; contacts (20) which are held by the body (10); and a metal case (40) which covers the body (10). A latch (30) which, when the fitting portion (11) of the body (10) is inserted into the counter connector socket, causes the fitting portion to be engaged with the counter connector socket, and which is formed by a metal plate is configured separately from the metal case (40). The latch (30) is held by the body (10).

  • Publication number: 20090004916
Abstract: The invention provides a connector in which, in an over-mold process, it is possible to prevent a molten resin from flowing through inevitable gaps (88, 89) of a shell (80) into the inside of the shell, thereby preventing problems such as that movable portions of contacts (20) become immovable, from arising. The connector of the invention has a plug body (10) in which contacts (20) to be connected to a cable (70) are held by an insulative body (40), the body (40) is shielded by a shell (80) formed by a metal plate, and a part of the plug body (10) is over-molded. The body (40) has sealing portions (41, 42) which are fitted into gaps (88, 89) of the shell (80) to close the gaps (88, 89).

  • Publication number: 20080298449
Abstract: At least one property of a measuring apparatus that is different property from the error vector magnitude is measured, or a previously measured value or a predetermined value of the at least one property is prepared; based on the measured value or specification value of each of the at least one property, each corresponding noise power within a specific frequency range is found; and the error vector magnitude is calculated based on the noise power.

  • Publication number: 20080280499
Abstract: A jack having enhanced reliability and strength against torsional forces is provided. The jack including a plug inlet for receiving a plug having at least one electrode formed thereon for electrical signals, comprises an elongated spring having a free end part with a pressing portion capable of pressing a side surface of the inserted plug, and a proximal end part fixed to the jack. The jack further comprises a retaining portion capable of contacting a first contact portion and a second contact portion arranged at opposite sides thereof along a direction of inserting the plug when the plug is inserted into the jack.

  • Patent number: 6021888
Abstract: A conveyer system including a plurality of conveyer units connected to each other in series. Each conveyer unit includes a plurality of rollers for conveying articles, a plurality of drive units for causing the rollers to be driven and brought to a halt, a plurality of sensors for detecting the presence or absence of articles on the rollers, and at least one controller for controlling the drive units based on signals from the sensors. Each of the controllers at least receives signals from the sensors of a conveyer unit adjacent to the conveyer unit that accommodates the controller therein.

  • Patent number: 5049245
Abstract: Described herein is a method for producing a resin-coated rust-proof steel sheet with properties suitable for electrodeposition coating, the method including the step of, prior to chromate treatment and resin coating, immersing a zinc- or zinc alloy- electroplated steel sheet in an acid bath containing at least one member selected from the group consisting of sulfuric acid, chloric acid, phosphoric acid, boric acid and nitric acid and salts thereof and having a pH value smaller than 6, inclusive, to remove a surface layer of the electroplating on said steel sheet, thereby activating the plated surface in such a manner as to improve the quality of the following chromate treatment. Advantageously, the method further includes the step of grinding the electroplated surface with a brush or roll containing fine abrasive grains of #200 or a higher number to remove said surface layer simultaneously with or separately from the immersion in the acid bath.

  • Patent number: 4369073
Abstract: A thin corrosion protective film of an iron oxide can be formed on the inner surface of a condenser tube made of a copper alloy by first applying on the inner surface a thin layer of an acidic suspension containing iron powder and then exposing the thus-coated inner surface to an atmosphere of an oxidizing gas. The above method can be carried out in a relatively short period of time and also in a relatively simple fashion. The resultant protective film is uniform and hardly reduces the thermal conductivity of the condenser tube, thus ideal as a protective film for condenser tubes of a heat exchanger.
