  • Publication number: 20180181821
Abstract: The image processing device counts the number of lane marking feature points. The image processing device determines whether the count number of the lane marking feature points is equal to or greater than a first threshold. The image processing device arranges the setting to use the lane marking feature points in the lane marking detection process when the count number of the lane marking feature points is equal to or greater than the first threshold. On the other hand, the image processing device counts the number of Botts' Dot feature points when the count number of the lane marking feature points is smaller than the first threshold. The image processing device arranges the setting to use the Botts' Dot feature points in the lane marking detection process when the count number of the Botts' Dot feature points is equal to or greater than the second threshold.

  • Publication number: 20140218531
Abstract: A driving assistance apparatus is provided in which the detection range of a left-front-corner sonar (12a) located at the vehicle's left front corner is included in the field of view of a second imaging means (14) located at the vehicle's left front corner. When the left-front-corner sonar (12a) detects a three-dimensional object at the vehicle's left front corner, an image processing means (3) synthesizes an image of the image created using a second imaging means (14) and the images created with four cameras (7a-7d) for imaging the complete periphery of the vehicle, and creates a bird's-eye-view image (40b). The detection range of the left-front-corner sonar (12a) is included within a region of the bird's-eye image (40b) on the basis of the image created with the second imaging means (14).

  • Publication number: 20130346975
Abstract: A computer that includes arithmetic processing units, a main memory, and a cache memory that is shared, and allows virtual computers to operate executes the following process. In other words, an instruction to arrange a program on a region of a virtualized virtual memory is given. Then, when the instruction is received, it is determined whether or not a program of an arrangement target remains arranged on the main memory. When it is determined that the program of the arrangement target remains arranged on the main memory, a region of the main memory on which the program of the arrangement target is arranged is associated with the region of the virtual memory. However, when it is determined that the program of the arrangement target does not remain arranged on the main memory, the program of the arrangement target is arranged on the region of the virtual memory.
