  • Publication number: 20110198954
Abstract: Disclosed is a motor in which a commutator (10) is provided with connecting wires which short-circuit equipotential segments; brushes (21) are constituted by a low-speed brush (21a), a high-speed brush (21b), and a common brush (21c) used in common by the low-speed and high-speed brushes, and are juxtaposed along the circumferential direction. The circumferential brush width (W2) of the high-speed brush is set to be smaller than the circumferential brush width (W1) of the low-speed brush. The high-speed brush and the low-speed brush are formed so that simultaneous sliding contact with equipotential segments (15) can be avoided. Additionally, armature cores (8) are provided such that a plurality of teeth (12) is point-symmetrical about a rotary shaft (3) at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and the teeth and slots (13) are formed so as to exist alternately at intervals of 90 degrees in the circumferential direction.

  • Publication number: 20110095638
Abstract: In an electric motor, magnets (4) have two pairs of poles, the number of teeth (9) is 18, and the number of segments (14) of a commutator is 18. Winding wires (12, 25) for forming an armature coil (7) are formed by a first conductive wire (110) or a second conductive wire (120). The winding wire (25) has a first coil winding wire (7A) and a second coil winding wire (7B). The coil winding wires are each wound around four teeth (9) adjacent to each other. An end (31) of the second coil winding wire is connected to a segment (14) adjacent to a segment arranged at a position which is point symmetric with respect to a segment to which an end (30) of the first coil winding wire is connected. According to the invention, in the electric motor capable of changing the rotational speed of the armature by switching application of an electric current among three brushes, vibration and operating noise can be reduced, and mounting of the connecting wires and the winding wires can be facilitated.

  • Publication number: 20110084384
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a substrate, a semiconductor chip that is bonded to one of the faces of the substrate via bumps, and has a device formation face facing the one of the faces, and a resin that fills the space between the device formation face of the semiconductor chip and the one of the faces of the substrate. The resin includes: a first resin that is formed in a formation region of bumps placed on the outermost circumference of the bumps, and is formed inside the formation region, and a second resin that is formed outside the first resin. The thermal expansion coefficient of the substrate is higher than the thermal expansion coefficient of the first resin. The thermal expansion coefficient of the second resin is higher than the thermal expansion coefficient of the first resin.

  • Publication number: 20110060911
Abstract: A conditional access apparatus receives a filter condition from another conditional access apparatus to set the filter condition to a filter unit 1 thereof. When key information meeting the above-mentioned filter condition is outputted from the filter unit 1, the conditional access apparatus informs the key information to the other conditional access apparatus, and also informs the filter condition set to the filter unit 1 by the key information control unit 3 to the other conditional access apparatus and acquires key information meeting the above-mentioned filter condition from the other conditional access apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20110018385
Abstract: A motor 10 includes: a yoke on whose inner surface a four-pole magnet is attached; a gear case 15 jointed to an opening portion of the yoke and storing a speed-reduction mechanism; a brush holder 30 stored in an opening portion 15a of the gear case and having a through hole 31 penetrated by a commutator 23 attached to an armature shaft 21 in a center of the brush holder; and a first brush 36, a second brush 35, and a third brush 37 which are stored so as to freely come in and out to/from three brush storing portions 32, 33, and 34 formed so as to interpose the through hole 31 in the brush holder 30. In the motor, the second brush 35 is arranged at a position shifted from the first brush 36 in a rotational direction by 90 degrees, and a third brush 37 is arranged within an included angle opposite to an included angle formed by the first brush 36 and the second brush 35.

  • Publication number: 20100244228
Abstract: The extent of a bow of a semiconductor device is suppressed in a case where the fillet width of an underfill resin is asymmetrical. The center position 12 of a chip 1 is caused to deviate from the center position 13 of a wiring substrate 2 in a direction (the direction of the arrow B) reverse to the deviation direction (the direction of the arrow A) of the center position 11 of an underfill resin 4 from the center position 12 of the chip 1. The center position 14 of a resin for encapsulation 6 is caused to deviate from the center position 13 of the wiring substrate 2 in the same direction (the direction of the arrow A) as the deviation direction (the direction of the arrow A) of the center position 11 of the underfill resin 4 from the center position 12 of the chip 1.
