  • Publication number: 20170198767
Abstract: A system of a work vehicle includes an engine, a transmission that includes a hydrostatic unit, and a clutch coupled to the transmission. The system also includes a controller communicatively coupled to the engine, the transmission, and the clutch. The controller, in operation, receives a command to disengage the clutch. The controller, in operation, determines an engine speed of the engine. The controller, in operation, also determines a temperature of hydraulic fluid in the clutch. The controller, in operation, further determines a magnitude and time to limit acceleration of the work vehicle based on the engine speed and the temperature. The controller, in operation, also commands the clutch to disengage. The controller, in operation, further limits the acceleration of the work vehicle using the hydrostatic unit based on the magnitude for the time determined.

  • Publication number: 20170187400
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for utilizing remote spectrum analysis of transmit bands in communication systems. A transmit band spectrum corresponding to a transmit band used in transmitting signals may be captured. The captured transmit band spectrum may be processed, and based on such processing presence of noise, distortion, interference, etc. in the transmit band spectrum may be detected, wherein the noise, distortion, interference, etc. may be introduced by one or more other systems sharing a medium used in the transmitting of the signals. One or more characteristic associated with each instance of detected noise, distortion, interference, etc. may be determined. Reporting information, related to the detection of noise, distortion, interference, etc. and/or to the determined one or more characteristics associated with each instance of detected noise, distortion, interference, etc., may be determined, and the reported information may be sent to at least one remote system.

  • Publication number: 20170183776
Abstract: There is disclosed a system for the electrostatic control of a metal wetting layer during deposition and a method of electrostatically controlling a metal wetting layer during deposition using a deposition system. In one example, control of the metal wetting layer is provided by changing or applying an electrostatic field acting on a deposited material or acting on a substrate on which a material is deposited. In another example, control is of the thickness of the metal wetting layer. In another example, control is of the presence or absence of the metal wetting layer. The metal wetting layer can be a liquid metal or liquid metal alloy, for example the metal wetting layer could be Boron, Aluminium, Indium, Gallium or Thallium. In another example, control is of the thickness, or presence, of a Gallium wetting layer during GaN film growth.

  • Publication number: 20170166477
Abstract: A process for coating a glass article of manufacture may include providing a glass article at an initial temperature of above about 105° C., and depositing a coating onto a surface of said glass article. The coating may include an adhesion promoter and a compounded polymer that includes a copolymer of an ?-olefin and an ?,?-unsaturated carboxylic acid and a wax. The process may include heating said glass article to a temperature above said initial temperature sufficient to promote adhesion of said coating to said glass article. Glass articles having the coating adhered to the glass article are also described.
