  • Patent number: 10986086
Abstract: Techniques for protecting passwords and/or password entry by a user are provided. User identification data for a user can be received from a remote computing device. An identity of the user can be determined based on the user identification data. A password for the user can be determined. A modified keyboard configuration associated with the user can be determined. A request can be transmitted to the remote computing device for the password for the user based on the modified keyboard configuration. A modified password from the remote computing device can be received. A converted password based on the modified password and the modified keyboard configuration can be determined. • Publication number: 20210037270
Abstract: Disclosed are examples for providing functions to receive a media file to be stored in a media repository. In the examples, a location in the media repository may be assigned to the media file. A media file address in a blockchain platform may be assigned to the media file. Metadata including the assigned location in the media repository and the assigned media file address in the blockchain platform may be added to the media file. A media file hash value may be generated by applying a hash function to the media file including the metadata. The media file hash value may be included in a message and uploaded to the assigned media file address in the blockchain platform as a transaction in the blockchain. An indication that the media file is uploaded to the media repository may be delivered to a subscriber device from which the media file was received.

  • Publication number: 20210034340
Abstract: A system for determining regulatory compliance of smart contracts is disclosed. The system may receive positive smart contracts that comply with regulations, convert positive section(s) of the positive smart contracts into a first set of intermediate representation of code, and train a neural network to classify smart contract sections. The system may then receive a first smart contract including first sections, convert the first sections into a second set of intermediate representation of code, classify the second set of intermediate representation of code as a first classification corresponding to the first set of intermediate representation of code or as a second classification not corresponding to the first set of intermediate representation of code, and generate for display a negative or positive indication based on the classification.

  • Publication number: 20210024726
Abstract: This disclosure relates to ethylene interpolymer product having intermediate branching. Intermediate branching was defined as branching that was longer than the branch length due to comonomer and shorter than the entanglement molecular weight (Me). Intermediately branched ethylene interpolymer products were produced in a continuous solution polymerization process employing an intermediate branching catalyst formulation. Intermediately branched ethylene interpolymer products were characterized by a Non-Comonomer Index Distribution (NCIDi), a melt index from 0.3 to 500 dg/minute, a density from 0.858 to 0.965 g/cm3, a polydispersity (Mw/Mn) from about 2 to about 25 and a CDBI50 from about 10% to about 98%. A method based on triple detection cross fractionation chromatography (3D-CFC) was disclosed to measure NCIDi.

  • Publication number: 20210012346
Abstract: A method for detecting fraud is provided in which a graph database of transaction relationships is constructed using transaction information for a plurality of transactions. Using the graph database, a plurality of account holder identifiers are associated into an account holder group. When transaction information for a new transaction associated with a transaction account holder identifier is received, a determination is made as to whether the transaction account holder identifier is in the account holder group. Responsive to a determination that the transaction account holder identifier is included in the account holder group, the new transaction information is compared to the transaction information for the account holder group and a fraud factor is determined for the new transaction. The fraud factor is indicative of a degree of similarity to the transaction information of the account holder group.

  • Publication number: 20200402019
Abstract: Techniques to apply machine learning to schedule events of interest for a device user. As described herein, a typical device user is inundated with information suggesting activities and other things to do. Using these techniques, the information is categorized according to the activity and those activities that are most likely to be engaged in by the device user are recommended to the device user (via their device) as events of interest. If the device user selects an event of interest, the device is updated to reflect that selection. For instance, a calendar application may be updated to include an event description at the event's date and time. Other embodiments are described and claimed.

  • Patent number: 10854048
Abstract: Disclosed is an automated transaction machine (ATM) including a card receptacle of a user interface, the card receptacle having a wall extending adjacent a main surface of the user interface, and a support extending between the main surface and the wall. The support, the wall, and the main surface of the user interface define a cavity operable to receive a transaction card. The ATM may further include an exit device of the user interface, the exit device including a container for receiving the transaction card, and a door positioned adjacent the container. The door is biasable between a first position and a second position, wherein in the first position the door substantially covers an exit opening through the main surface of the user interface, and wherein in the second position the door permits access to the container through the exit opening.

  • Patent number: 10839519
Abstract: Techniques to improve edge detection in images. Some techniques include logic to process image data into patched image data in accordance with a colorspace model where the patched image data includes color data in a plurality of patches and identify an image group corresponding to the patched image data. The logic may be further configured to select, based upon the image group, a colorspace transform mechanism being operative to transform the image data into transformed image data in accordance with another colorspace model, the other colorspace model having a higher likelihood than the colorspace model at edge detection for the image group. The logic may be further configured to apply the colorspace transform mechanism to the image data to generate the transformed image data in accordance with the other colorspace mode and then, apply an edge detection technique to the transformed image data. Other embodiments are described and claimed.
