  • Publication number: 20120075260
Abstract: According to one embodiment, an active-matrix organic EL display device includes a display region and a peripheral region. The display region includes a plurality of pixels disposed in a matrix configuration. The peripheral region includes a drive circuit. The pixel includes a bottom gate-type first transistor, a cathode electrode, an anode electrode, and an organic EL layer provided between the cathode electrode and the anode electrode. The drive circuit includes a bottom gate-type second transistor and a back gate electrode provided on the second transistor. A gate potential of the first transistor is lower than a potential of the cathode electrode when the pixel displays a minimum luminance.

  • Patent number: 7797620
Abstract: An information processing apparatus for suitably corresponding a plurality of images as an editing object to each of a plurality of scenes constituting scenario data. In the apparatus, when a read button (211) is operated, a material clip (212) as an editing object is displayed on a material tray (201). When a tag (271-1) is selected, a shaker window having a section button (281) is displayed. Scenarios correspond to a plurality of selection buttons (281), respectively. The number of scenes, an effect given to each scene and the like are designated to each scenario. A user selects one selection button (281) to select one scenario. When a shake button (285) is operated, a predetermined one is selected at random out of material clips (212) designated in advance by a user to assign it to each scene of the scenario selected by the user.

  • Patent number: 7770679
Abstract: A release outlet (52) of a release pipe (51) of a relief valve (50) is provided in the vicinity of an exhaust outlet (170) of a fuel cell box (39) in a space between a sub-frame (22) and the fuel cell box (39). A ventilating inlet (130) is formed on a front wall (120) of the fuel cell box (39). A fan (180) can send outside air into the fuel cell box (39). A ventilation flow of the outside air which is sent into the fuel cell box (39) passes through and ventilates the fuel cell box (39) so as to cool a fuel cell stack (38). Exhaust air is exhausted rearward from the exhaust outlet (170) of an exhaust duct (160). The release pipe (51) and the release outlet (52) are heated by the exhaust air. Therefore, heating the release pipe (51) and the release outlet (52) can prevent the release outlet (52) from being blocked by snow or ice.

  • Publication number: 20100026952
Abstract: A display device includes: a flexible first substrate; a flexible second substrate provided facing the first substrate; a display part; and a wiring substrate. The display part has a display component which is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The display component produces at least one of an optical characteristic change and a light emission. The wiring substrate is connected to a connection pad provided on at least one of the first substrate and the second substrate. At least a portion of the wiring substrate is interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate outside the display part.

  • Patent number: 7180237
Abstract: In an active matrix substrate, the substrate includes a pixel region and a peripheral region surrounding the pixel region. A plurality of adhesive layers arranged to form a matrix having rows and columns are arranged in the pixel region, and pluralities of active elements are formed, respectively, on the plural adhesive layers. A spacer layer is formed in the peripheral region, and a uniform pressure is applied between the active element and the adhesive layer in performing the transfer.

  • Publication number: 20060172470
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a thin film element is proposed, which can prevent the decrease in TFT manufacturing yield caused by the cracks occurring in an isolation layer at the time of the removing of an element formation substrate. A protection layer is formed between a plurality of TFTs, and an isolation layer is formed below the TFTs and the protection layer. This structure can prevent the TFTs from suffering adverse effects when the TFTs are temporarily bonded to an intermediate transfer substrate, and the element formation substrate and the isolation layer are removed.
