  • Publication number: 20250112045
Abstract: Dry development of resists can be useful, for example, to form a patterning mask in the context of high-resolution patterning. Dry development may be advantageously accomplished by a method of processing a semiconductor substrate including providing in a process chamber a photopatterned resist on a substrate layer on a semiconductor substrate, and dry developing the photopatterned resist by removing either an exposed portion or an unexposed portion of the resist by a dry development process comprising exposure to a chemical compound to form a resist mask. The resist may be an EUV-sensitive organo-metal oxide or organo-metal-containing thin film EUV resist.

  • Publication number: 20250005235
Abstract: Disclosed are embodiments for facilitating an integrated autonomous vehicle signal quality-based review recommendation system. In some aspects, an embodiment includes receiving performance results corresponding to tests performed using simulated mileage accumulation of at least one simulated autonomous vehicles (AV); filtering the tests based on validity information of the tests, wherein the tests that are identified as invalid are discarded; filtering the performance results of the tests identified as valid based on performance criteria to provide a set of selected tests; performing a sensitivity analysis on the set of selected tests to determine a trustworthiness signal for each selected test in the set of selected tests; and ranking and recommending one or more of the selected tests in the set of selected tests using a centralized ranking technique that considers the performance results and the trustworthiness signal of the selected tests.

  • Publication number: 20240428944
Abstract: A mobile or stationary device generates video data of a human's or an animal's movements. The device may then perform a vision analysis to predict an ailment, based on the video data. The video data may be compared to historical data to determine a difference in the human's or the animal's movements. If the difference is within a threshold value, then the vision analysis may infer that the human or animal is moving as expected. However, if the difference lies outside a normal range, or exceeds the threshold value, then the vision analysis may infer that the human or animal suffers from the ailment. Different ranges of values and thresholds may thus be established to infer different ailments. For example, gait and posture may be monitored over time to infer the early onset of arthritis and diabetes.

  • Patent number: 12081607
Abstract: The present technology pertains to initiating and then sharing a capture session. According to at least one example, the present technology includes receiving, from a first device, a request to initiate a shared capture session. In response, the first device launches a capture session that receives audio, video, and screen data from the first device. The first device can then share the capture session with another user, via a link. After a second user selects the link at a second device, audio and video data from the second device are added to the capture session. The capture session aggregates and captures the audio, video, and screen data from both devices. After the capture session ends, a captured media object from the capture session can be stored at the first device, and sent to the second device, and the content management system.

  • Patent number: 11957526
Abstract: Methods, systems, and products monitor a person's regimen for medicinal and dietary restrictions. When the person's regimen requires a liquid medication or supplement, an oral instrument is commanded to dispense a dosage of fluid. The oral instrument stores a reservoir of the fluid. If the oral instrument is a spoon, for example, the spoon may automatically dispense cough syrup or other medicine. A toothbrush, likewise, may automatically dispense mouthwash. A sensor may confirm presence of the oral instrument in the person's mouth, thus ensuring the dosage of fluid is ingested.

  • Patent number: 11950914
Abstract: Multiple circuits in a computing device can share one or more conductive elements. The use of the conductive element can vary by circuit, such as an antenna radiator for a radio frequency (RF) circuit or an electrode for an electrocardiography (ECG) circuit. The circuitry sharing a conductive element can utilize signals obtained over different frequency ranges. Those ranges can be used to select decoupling circuitry, or elements, that can enable the respective circuits to obtain signals over a respective frequency range, excluding signals over one or more other frequency ranges corresponding to other circuitry sharing the circuit. Such an approach allows for concurrent independent operation of the circuitry sharing a conductive element.
