Abstract: Among other things, the present invention provides methods and compositions of treating Sanfilippo syndrome type B (Sanfilippo B) by, e.g., intrathecal (IT) administration of a Naglu protein. A suitable Naglu protein can be a recombinant, gene-activated or natural protein. In some embodiments, a suitable Naglu protein is a recombinant Naglu protein. In some embodiments, a recombinant Naglu protein is a fusion protein containing a Naglu domain and a lysosomal targeting moiety. In some embodiments, the lysosomal targeting domain is an IGF-II moiety.

Abstract: A method of determining a condition within a wellbore. The method comprises introducing a tubular member in a wellbore extending through a subterranean formation, the tubular member comprising a downhole article including a deformable material disposed around a surface of the tubular member, electrically conductive elements dispersed within the deformable material. The method includes measuring at least one electrical property of the deformable material. At least one of water ingress into the wellbore or an amount of expansion of the deformable material is determined based on the at least one measured electrical property. Related downhole systems and other related methods are also disclosed.

The game asset distribution module includes an analysis module to analyze the game board, lists of playable words, player skill levels, and relationships of particular letters in word formations. Accordingly, distribution weights of the letters are adjusted in order to facilitate allocation to the player of those letters which will facilitate word formation, ensure at least a minimum playable word experience, and enhance an overall user experience, even amongst players with significantly different skill levels.

In some embodiments, a method receives an identifier for a player of a first multiplayer game and obtains multiple notifications using the identifier for the player. The multiple notifications are associated with at least one other multiplayer game. The method further determines a display order for displaying the plurality of notifications in a user interface for the first multiplayer game. The multiple notifications are transmitted to a device associated with the player in the display order and displayed in the user interface for the first multiplayer game in the display order.
